Contract problem with Vodaphone
Hi, I'm wondering if anyone could help- I'm currently having problems with my mobile internet, in that it doesn't connect anywhere! I reported the problem to Vodafone and they said there were some issues and they'd get them sorted. This was early March, and it's still not fixed. Do I have a leg to stand on if I want to cancel my contract without paying out of it, as they've not been providing me a service I'm paying for for over a month?

If they did admit problems on their side that failed to rectify during 2 month you do have a leg to stand on.0

Vodafone admitted there were site issues on 21/03/14, so do I go from this date? That means it's been nearly a month, however this problem has been going on for a lot longer.0
-
Well, "site issues" isn't the same as "problems with my mobile internet".0
-
It does if they are referring to a mast site.0
-
Ah, demand cancellation without fees then and, if they refuse, take the case to the ombudsman.0
-
Yes sorry, when they said 'site issues' they were referring in regard to mobile data when I gave them the postcodes of places where I get no connectivity. Thank you for your advice.0
