Hi Lee,
I've just double checked the confirmation email I received after sending you an email via the link in your MSE profile, and I've found it says that Vodafone no longer use that email address. How else can I contact you?
Thanks.0 -
Hi laura2t,
Thanks for coming back to me.
Could you complete the Contact us form again and make sure the code WRT135 - MSE is quoted in the subject line?
Kind regards,
Lee

Vodafone are just after one thing, and its not to offer customer serviceDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Hi Lee,
Another advisor on the Vodafone forum is now saying there are no issues with the mobile internet sites, and I am being asked for information again. Are there any updates relating to my case? I must say I'm very confused as to what's going on.
Thanks.0 -
The issues seem to be resolved, as in the past 48 hours my mobile internet has been working in the areas where there were issues. Can you confirm the sites are now fixed?0

Hi laura2t,
Lee's currently out of the office and so I'm replying on his behalf.
I can see the Simon replied to you on 13 May.
Let us know if you need any further help.
Thanks,
Jenny

Yes, but I'm afraid Simon's response doesn't help me much. I'm still in the dark about why I had no mobile internet since before the end of February, when I first reported the issue and gave Vodafone the postcodes where the issues appeared, an advisor informed that there WERE issues. Now I'm being told that there is no confirmation there were issues or not? Basically you don't know?
So then I ask, if there were no issues, how come I had no mobile internet? I haven't changed a thing on my phone since it started working again, so it can't be the phone.
This is why I now feel fobbed off. It's like Vodafone are now going "we can't confirm if there were issues, it's not our fault, honest!".
Lastly, whoever phoned me on the 30/04/14 mentioned a 'good will gesture' once the issues were resolved. Funny how this hasn't been mentioned now that my mobile internet is back.0 -
Hi laura2t,
We raised a case with our network engineers and when they looked into it, they weren’t able to see any faults with your local site.
At that point, Wayne replied asking for specific examples so that this could be investigated further.
A few days later, you let us know that everything was back up and running again.
If you’re still having issues, please reply to the last email we sent with the examples and we can look into it further.
Thanks,
Jenny
