They're 8.5g of carb for a little pack... the lowest carb crisp i can find. I cant not have crisps so these are ideal

I'm trying not to go over 35-40g a day for the next two weeks. I dont think that my body could cope with much less than that :o

How do you keep track of your carbs QoC. Tia xx

Can someone help me please? I bought the glitchy 2 for £3 nutri-grain breakfast bakes raisin at asda this morning when they were priced on tesco at £1.24. However the price at tesco is now showing on msm as £2.49 - even though the offer doesn't end until midnight. Does this means I will lose my apg or will the fact that it was £1.24 at tesco at the time I bought them come into play? Should I delay putting my receipt into the asda apg site in the hope the tesco price may revert to £1.49?

Good news - I put the receipt details into the apg site and the raisin bake price was locked in from this morning :)

Its unusual for msm to update early, usually theres some delay. You should be ok if you shopped before 8am but nothing is guaranteed. It seems to me that msm update whenever they feel like. If it were me I wouldn't delay entering the APG as I doubt it will make any difference.

Edit: you beat me to it! Glad it worked for you :)

    I feel sick :(:(:(

After spending ages on here trying to work out how to save money on my shopping and having started to have some success, I've just received a parking charge notice for £85 (reduced to £50 if I pay within 14 days). It relates to a free car park at our local out of town shopping place (the Beehive Centre in Cambridge) which serves a large number of shops including Asda, M&S, ToysRUs, Costa, Next, B&M, TKMax etc etc. I hadn't realised that you can only park for 3 hours free. I know this is often the case in single supermarket shopping car parks where 3 hours in one store is usually sufficient for most shoppers (possibly not for Elite members doing several shops though). However, due to the large number of shops, cafes etc, I genuinely thought it was unlimited all day parking and hadn't bothered to read the notices (stupid of me I know). I actually spent over 4 hours in Asda and another couple of hours in M&S, checking and rechecking my shopping to ensure glitches worked etc. :o

I have now been caught on camera by Parking Eye. I know that the advice given on MSE is not to pay this charge as it cannot be legally enforced so I have just spent 2 hours driving myself crazy trying to read all the information on this site and others about what to do. Advice ranges from 'ignore all the letters and they'll stop' to ' institute a lengthy appeal process and send a complex, legally worded appeal'.

I'm so tired and stressed I just can't take it all in and I can't seem to find a thread that has simple, jargon free, step-by-step information about what to do, including templates for the letters I need to send. DH says that it is not worth making myself feel ill over and we should just pay the £50 for peace of mind but that really goes against everything I have worked so hard for and makes all my efforts pointless. :(

I'm sure there must be something on here somewhere that is simple enough to help me in my current state so if anyone is able to post a link I'd be forever grateful.

I used this page when my Mam got a ticket recently:

    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/parking-ticket-appeals

Her ticket was also from parking eye. We used the letter template to create an appeal letter. They replied with some rubbish about FAQ's, like they hadn't even read her letter!! I sent it again and this time, stated specifically that she wished to appeal, those were her reasons and could they kindly either accept or refuse. They refused and sent details of whom she could contact for the next stage of appeal.

Please don't stress yourself, my mother was also very anxious and scared :(

Head straight to approx the middle of the page and you'll find the 3 step process. Parking Eye makes yours a civil parking penalty so click the first option. Max 3 stages. And breeaattthhheee :)
