Back on track again today though
I can lose if I keep it to 50g or less.
10g is HARD!
Maybe set a compromise for yourself and go up to 25g and see how you get on?
The nausea and headache may well have been caused by so called "carb flu". The thought of it scared me too much so I wouldnt go down that low
I live on total 0% greek yogurtI tried the full fat one and it was nicer but it bunged me up something chronic

Not even got any of those in the freezer, I only had room in the fridge and they have all long gone.
If I feel better later I might pop and do a shop for all of us for tea, then no one will have to worry about cooking as I certainly don't feel like cooking tonight.
Are they still comparing 3 for £5 at Ms isn't it. Saw shop earlier think Colin's but he had only bought 4. There were a few good shops tail end of last week 6 curries and 6 sides.0 -
Can someone help me please? I bought the glitchy 2 for £3 nutri-grain breakfast bakes raisin at asda this morning when they were priced on tesco at £1.24. However the price at tesco is now showing on msm as £2.49 - even though the offer doesn't end until midnight. Does this means I will lose my apg or will the fact that it was £1.24 at tesco at the time I bought them come into play? Should I delay putting my receipt into the asda apg site in the hope the tesco price may revert to £1.49?0

Thank you so much for this - I've seen so many different prices and two different photos of chapattis posted on here and was getting very confused, especially as I've never seen them in my Sada anyway.
I'd be even more grateful if someone could tell me what section I should be looking for them in. TIA
Im guilty of not posting much, but am very very grateful for all budget enhancing glitches which stretch my weekly shopping allowance by about a third which I am ecstatic about. your question answered the one I had until about a week ago as I had no idea what chapatis I was looking for and foolishly assumed my A did not stock them. Then one fine day I discovered them in the reduced section and a gospel choir sang in my head! I tracked them back to their rightful place and am sure you will find them in the chilled ready meals section beneath the weight watchers meals.0 -
