Carver ham is no longer showing 2 for £3 in Tosco. Not sure if it will still work as it wasn't comparing at that price anyway, it compared at £2.94

    Afternoon all

I've been really struggling to keep up with the thread and glitches still. Missing you all but can't shift whatever I've had for the last few weeks and have been favouring early nights rather than shopping/catching up :o I have headaches, achy joints and muscles, a cough and I'm covered in bruises. I'm hoping it's just my body trying to adjust to being back to rushing around at work. Am due a CT scan next month to check that the residual tumour is still behaving so hopefully that will put my mind at rest too.

Sorry to read that a lot of you are having a rough time lately. Sending lots of hugs

    :hello:

Was thinking about you earlier as I have only been here on and off lately. If it wasn't you that took the last of our mini deo's, from A's, we must have a lurker. :rotfl:
    lurkers.

Just back from hospital with Mum. Her x-ray app was for 10 today, and consultant was 10.30. Orthopedics was heaving, no doubt from the long weekend breaks, and clinic being shut for 4 days.
Well things are as good as can be expected, but Mum struggling, they have put it down to nerve damage and arthritis due to having surgery on the same hip twice, and the same knee also replaced! Now is the wait for the scans for the C check up. Hopefully that will be ok too, to put her mind at rest. We can only hope. :A

Not sure i'll manage to catch up, or get shopping. Got to get back home for next job, DS to orthodontist. With any luck this will be the last as it's his 6 month check after treatment complete. Then he wants a hair cut, but i'm not paying for another one so soon, so that'll be a DIY job in the garden...... No, lot with the lawnmower! :rotfl:

Elsie I have popped the kettle on. :coffee:

Your mum is lucky to have you. :A

Pleased to hear the xray has shown nothing untoward and will keep my fingers crossed the scan results are good news too. The waiting game is not a nice one, I hope your mum will feel better once she knows. xx

Thanks guys, my osteoarthritis in my hands has flared up badly it has been good for years but pretty painful a the moment. I rested Saturday and it felt much better sunday but woke up yesterday in awful pain again. :( I am taking paracetamol but can't take over the counter anti inflammatory drugs. Was prescribed loads in my 30s that upset me and there is only one expensive one that hospital prescribed that doesn't cause me problems but my GP has a heart attack when I ask for it. :rotfl:

I stopped taking the tablets for my skin as it's looking fine now, and I know that was definitely a stress related problem but being on antibiotics for couple of months must have weakened my immune system had lovely red tonsils when I woke up yesterday morning.

I feel a bit flu like to be honest so I am sat here with my dressing gown on, I am exhausted. Mr TS did college run this morning. :A

It's probably not helping that it is the year anniversary tomorrow. :(
