I prescribe ice cream
Thanks QoC.
I didn't have a cooked meal yesterday but guess it's a good sign I am feeling hungry now. I think it must be getting better as it's been just over four hours since last paracetmol and it's not hurting when I swallow. Just awful taste in my mouth.
I will have ice cream for afters.0 -

I'm thinking of last nights left over hm lasagne, but don't really want it as I'm cutting carbs. However it will get wasted as dh didn't like it and kids have less veggies in there's. Can't freeze as we used burgers which had already been frozen.
It's ok to re freeze once the meat has been cooked. We do it all the time and no one has keeled over yet0 -

I'm trying not to go over 35-40g a day for the next two weeks. I dont think that my body could cope with much less than thatBack on track again today though

Branches of Tesco that had a large passover section will now have some reductions.
Particularly good value is Tesco own brand tea bags (80s) in the red box, bar code ending 9411 reduced to 60p.
Apple juice on 3for2.
Also 3for2 on lots of disposable paperware/ plastics (plates & cutlery).
Keep an eye out as prices could drop further, last year I got cammomile tea for 4p.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
