:( Hope the sore throat goes soon, i know how much mine was hurting when I had my cold

    I prescribe ice cream :D

    Thanks QoC. :)

I didn't have a cooked meal yesterday but guess it's a good sign I am feeling hungry now. I think it must be getting better as it's been just over four hours since last paracetmol and it's not hurting when I swallow. Just awful taste in my mouth.

I will have ice cream for afters. :D

I did post yesterday that there was stuff on the nectar site to collect and on Saturday as well. But not as comprehensively as this. I played it on Saturday but points not added yet.

I did however get my train ones so glad did the rest yesterday, just outstanding greatwestern. :j

oops, just saw I still had this tab open

I've waiting for that one to pay out too. Glad it's not just me. I thought I did something wrong

I'm thinking of last nights left over hm lasagne, but don't really want it as I'm cutting carbs. However it will get wasted as dh didn't like it and kids have less veggies in there's. Can't freeze as we used burgers which had already been frozen.

It's ok to re freeze once the meat has been cooked. We do it all the time and no one has keeled over yet :p

They're 8.5g of carb for a little pack... the lowest carb crisp i can find. I cant not have crisps so these are ideal

I'm trying not to go over 35-40g a day for the next two weeks. I dont think that my body could cope with much less than that :o
I didn't realise so many carbs could be eaten and still lose weight. I was trying to stick to less than 10g per day but ended up feeling nauseous and headachy so gave up over the weekend :( Back on track again today though :)

Branches of Tesco that had a large passover section will now have some reductions.

Particularly good value is Tesco own brand tea bags (80s) in the red box, bar code ending 9411 reduced to 60p.

    Apple juice on 3for2.

Also 3for2 on lots of disposable paperware/ plastics (plates & cutlery).

Keep an eye out as prices could drop further, last year I got cammomile tea for 4p.
