I agree- seems every transaction I now do has one issue or other..........I will have to stop recommending them to friends..

I received my first Royal Mail survey pack today, but am a little confused.

I get I have to send 2 items on 2 days, but don't get what a SMART is.. It seems to be asking me to add a 'Smart', but don't know what that is

Have you just started posting for RM ?

Are you sending your letters to address in WEST BROMWICH ?

If yes to the above two questions don't worry you are a tester for RM. You have quite awhile to go before you see a smart :)

I've never had issues like this before where they're seeming to change things as they go to suit them. I had one claim for an item that took 5 months to go to payable, (they said it was due to delays from people purchasing so much for Christmas...) but to be fair it did eventually go through. I always use Clicksnap instead of snapandsave as the offers just seem to be better (fresh fruit etc instead of just random branded items), but I've stuck with TCB for 'normal' cashback up until this point as it's had higher cashback levels.

Wonder how many people will have to complain before they backtrack?

Yes, and yes. Just it says 'add Smart' on the schedule sheet that confused me.

There was no confusion - they didn't state that the trial didn't count.

TCB are beginning to get on my nerves. I seem to have an increasing number of claims required with supposed tracking issues (normally when I go for high value transactions!) and they are starting to make up/change the rules as they go along. Disappointing, I may switch back to Quidco as my main site even though lower.

my email from Times says subscription not trial!

    "
We are delighted to confirm that your Digital Pack - Only £1 for 1 Month subscription has been set up.

Your subscription includes 1 month with 96.0% off."

TCB are saying it was a 'trial' not a subscription

thats not technically true now...training and retraining now has introduced dummy smarts to make it more real...
Training should go on for up to 7 weeks with a few non posting weeks thown in and then the full panel will kick in for your 6 month stint.
