Which I'm sure is what they'll quote in their response to annoyed customers' emails, but it's got to be worth a try. Don't moan, don't get, as they say :rotfl:

Obviously they will have a get out in their T&C, may be worth remembering if people are going to sign up to phone contracts etc, we all know it is not guaranteed but changing terms and conditions and backdating it is naughty

Xmas cheese has been brought home fridge now empty at the bungalow. I have managed to squash quite a bit of meat from the freezer in my two freezers. Was like coming home with a massive whoopsie shop. But still few things left round there gonna be a few odd meals next few days. :rotfl:

Not got time to stop back I go. Think I am getting there but I am very sad.

Worth a try.

Last time something like this happened to me with one their Bingo retailers I emailed them a polite response and I got £20 added to my account (rather than the £50 cashback).

Worse they can say is sod off.
