We should all receive the cashback.
At the time of signing up, we looked at the T&Cs..and at no point was there any mention of the £1 subscription being excluded. At the time of ordering, we adhered to TCB's T&Cs. Therefore, we are entitled to the cashback.
Since then, new T&Cs have been applied, which is fair enough for anyone who has ordered since.
But for those of us who signed up before, it's a different matter.
Yes we did, including this one:
"From time to time merchants may increase or decrease the commission paid in which case the cashback offer illustrated on our site may be incorrect. We take reasonable care and skill to ensure that the data provided on this site is accurate and up to date. However, we give no warranty of the accuracy of any information on the site and do not accept liability for any errors or omissions, neither do we accept liability for any resulting damage or loss"Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

Which I'm sure is what they'll quote in their response to annoyed customers' emails, but it's got to be worth a try. Don't moan, don't get, as they say :rotfl:0 -
So TCB don't want to pay  Think I will email them and moan a bit.
Does not mention a trial in my welcome email
"Only £1 for 1 Month subscription has been set up.
Your subscription includes 1 month with 96.0% off.
"
Obviously they will have a get out in their T&C, may be worth remembering if people are going to sign up to phone contracts etc, we all know it is not guaranteed but changing terms and conditions and backdating it is naughtyWhen The Fun Stops Stop0 -

Xmas cheese has been brought home fridge now empty at the bungalow. I have managed to squash quite a bit of meat from the freezer in my two freezers. Was like coming home with a massive whoopsie shop. But still few things left round there gonna be a few odd meals next few days. :rotfl:
Not got time to stop back I go. Think I am getting there but I am very sad.0 -

Meh.
Worth a try.
Last time something like this happened to me with one their Bingo retailers I emailed them a polite response and I got £20 added to my account (rather than the £50 cashback).
Worse they can say is sod off.
