I've never had issues like this before where they're seeming to change things as they go to suit them. I had one claim for an item that took 5 months to go to payable, (they said it was due to delays from people purchasing so much for Christmas...) but to be fair it did eventually go through. I always use Clicksnap instead of snapandsave as the offers just seem to be better (fresh fruit etc instead of just random branded items), but I've stuck with TCB for 'normal' cashback up until this point as it's had higher cashback levels.

Wonder how many people will have to complain before they backtrack?

Difficult to say. They don't usually back down on anything that I have queried before.

Saying that waiting on we promise to chasing something and quidco taking months over a bed purchase.

    Its hopeless

thats not technically true now...training and retraining now has introduced dummy smarts to make it more real...
Training should go on for up to 7 weeks with a few non posting weeks thown in and then the full panel will kick in for your 6 month stint.

Sorry I didn't know this but that's what I did 3 times over 18 months before I was taken on proper.

Any ideas for a cheap washing machine. Repair man just came and said it will be over £400.00 to fix.
So sad for the Hillsborough families. May they get justice.

Afternoon all! Lovely day out there, I just hope it lasts til about 6pm when I'll be at home to enjoy it!

Do you think it's best to cancel d/d asap and then try raising a claim on it? It's a bit naughty of them to only add the terms and conditions after it's been publicised all over every deals site going...

We should all receive the cashback.

At the time of signing up, we looked at the T&Cs..and at no point was there any mention of the £1 subscription being excluded. At the time of ordering, we adhered to TCB's T&Cs. Therefore, we are entitled to the cashback.

Since then, new T&Cs have been applied, which is fair enough for anyone who has ordered since.

But for those of us who signed up before, it's a different matter.

Its quite a recent change...perhaps only in the past 6 months or so....
Ive been on and off the panel for 4 years or so...currently posting but getting close to a rest period and it does seem to have undergone a shake up over the past year...some bits have improved but the organisation still leaves a lot to be desired....
at least they are trying to make training more realistic than previously...

Found the spiderman ready bed, only for it to scan at £30. Found the 15 pack of F rocher, scanned at £3.50. Think I've either lost my mojo or I dont pay attention :rotfl:

Got the nicest lunch ever (from M&S, i splashed out:D ) Beetroot, goats cheese salad with green lentils and a beetroot and mint dip. Yum yum, delicious I'd highly recommend.

    afternoon all,
decided today to fill my pond in :( oh built it for me when my kids were old enough, it has a two tier waterfall and lots of stone work. but one of my ducks escaped and got stuck in it, made me think, grandchildren visit a lot and even though they have a larger garden to play in the 2 gardens are only divided by an arch and it would not take much for one of them to fall in.. so I am turning it in to a rockery . bit sad but right thing to do.
