Hi there,
Just wanted to say "Hi" and well done for achieving the 20% goal. I'm only just starting one and I love the idea of the extra spreadsheet tab. Thanks for sharing it

Well I do want to get into the 70's in 2016, but apart from that I dont have any specific goals in mind yet.
I'm a little torn at the moment as I'd like seeing the amount of the debt going down quickly, but I know I could get the money to work for me more efficiently by offsetting it in savings. Will probably go for a halfway house between the two as this will ensure I am within the 60%LTV bracket in time for the next renegotiation in early 2017.:D

Hey Jeanangeo, and welcome to my diary .
I read your story the other day (I cant resist a new diary), and you are making great progress already. I'm sure you will be able to remove the yoke of NRAM before you know it. Have you thought of approaching alternative bank for a mortgage chat as they may be able to do a quick computer based valuation and it will at least give you an idea of what you are aiming at before you can dump the current mortgage.

Thanks, hoping your insomnia is now resolved
Sadly I don't have time to be updating myself on the MFW diaries at the moment as I have several projects at work that need finishing urgently. Not even started buying Christmas presents
At least I get the whole holiday off to recuperate.
