Just watched your youtube the colour match is terrible i cant see how that has got past the factory checks (i think its been done after its left the factory) and i would not be driving a car where you have to correct the steering that much. Good luck but i dont see how they can not take the car back the steering fault must be a safety concern.0

I think he means it shouldn't have been, and I agree.
Obviously, any repairs should be done properly, but here in the real world, that doesn't always happen... And that's where SOGA comes in. The supplier has the legal right to repair and make good. If that isn't possible, either because the damage is unrepairable (which this isn't) or they're not capable, then the buyer has the right to reject.
If the dealer aren't forthcoming, then escalate to Citroen UK.0 -

This is incorrect.
The buyer has no obligation to allow the seller to attempt a repair and if they wish, they can require the seller to take the vehicle back and give a full refund.
The faults were reported as soon as the OP first drove the car and as this is the case, the SOGA allows for the car to be rejected as it was faulty.0 -
Bumpers don't always match, my insignia bumpers are a different shade (Vauxhall are very bad for this) , many cars are the same when you look closely
i have looked at ds5 on autotrader and many are different shade as well, how does it compare to an identical colour one ? is it way off ? if so then it would point to a paint job, were there any tell tale signs ? overspray eyc

It could be just common paint mismatch between paint on metal body and plastic bumper. The pull could be just a sticky caliper, but the vagueness needs checked out now. Might be a minor issue with the suspension geometry, but I wouldn't fancy a tre loosening off on the motorway in my new car.0

My sister bought a tigra last year. The bumpers were always a different colour than the metal parts of the car. Thought it was just hers but it was every one we saw in that particular colour0

Hi there
Just to let you know that nothing significant has changed so far. Citroen UK has promised to send me an email as soon as the Dealer will send its response letter. The letter was received last Thursday and ... I still don't have any news from Citroen UK other than the following message received today on my FB page:
"Hi, our team is working hard to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. We do apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience"
Cheers0
