Too Many Wheelie Bins!!!!!!!

Our areas scheme is revolting.
- Small black bin for normal waste
- Large green bin for paper, cardboard, glass etc
- Small green bin for compostable waste kept outside,
- Small grey hopper for compostable waste inside the house.
The two compost bins go moldy and reek after a couple of weeks so no-one ever uses them including myself.
For your issue is it possible for you to pair up with a neighbor and each share just one set of bins in a jointly accessible place. That way you each only have half the bins to worry about.Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -
I have the opposite problem. We live in a row of three houses that have all been converted to flats. Three flats per house with at least two people in each one yet we only have three normal bins between us and two for recycling!0
