The petforums thread was a little disturbing

If there was a 'diet' where you could eat pizza, pastry and chocolate on a regular basis and lose vast amounts of weight and be healthy. It would be the most popular 'diet' around. Unfortunately no such 'diet' exists. Sigh.

No idea, although I believe when it does happen to a poster, they are told the reason why.
Well if there were that diet I might try it myself:rotfl:

I got it once for being rude and another for telling a poster who had suggested letting a dog run away as the rspca wouldn't take it I would gladly slap them. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

Ultimately every time you put something in your mouth, it's a choice. Your body will be a reflection of all the hundreds of little choices you make every day, week, month, year..

That seems a bit harsh barring you for the second comment as I too would gladly do that thing that you mentioned if anyone hurt a pet. They are part of the family. In fact we call ours the furry kids
I suppose on the other hand there does have to be some kind of regulationsThat voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I've been chatting to Tink on Dspy. I think she has started her diet properly again. The last few days seem to have gone well.
Hopefully she can post on this thread again soon.0 -
I hope she is doing well. I know what it feels like to self sabotage yourself, you just end up going round and round in circlesThat voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

Fage Total 0% has no fat and only 6.8 sugar per pot (170g) also 17.5 protein :-) its plain but you could have some fruit in it (but that would obviously up the sugar content)**Debt Free as of 15:55 on Friday 23rd March 2012**And I am staying that way

Thanks 166M, I have tried these but are a bit too sour for me to eat on their own I tended to stir in a tsp of runny honey (which ups the sugar content a bit further). I went through a stage of eating them everyday and it just got a bit too much. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
