Best one is marshmallows. Advertised as being fat free.
Yes they may be fat free but it's basically a big bag of sugar with some flavourings! That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

Yes, this infuriates me!
I try and stay away from things that, in their 'natural' state should be high fat/high cal, but are 'low cal/fat'. It just shows that yet another process has been added to make them low cal/fat. And what replaces the fat? Normally sugar!0 -

Yes, I only recently discovered this. OH is diabetic and on a low fat diet. I was buying low fat yogurts only to discover they were high in sugar :mad:The more I know about people, the better I like my dogs.

I have seen that, can't see the point in it myself, I treat myself to the Meridian peanut butter - organic no salt no sugar no emulsifiers (so you do have to stir it sometimes – what a hardship) - they do a no sugar one with salt too, a big tub lasts over a month. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. They do sugar-free marshmallows in Sainsburys. Bought them once for my OH who is diabetic. No idea what they're making them out of! :rotfl:0 -

Yes, the guy who runs the bootcamp said that was a decent make, I actually have some pumpkin seed butter from meridian that I bought when it was on half price, 4 jars.
Im going to look at it online incase I can find it cheaper than H and B.
Ive been drinking quite a lot of beet it lately, its 90 per cent beetroot and 10 per cent apple juice, its 4.99 in H and B and 2.69 in a couple of the supermarkets. It apparently improves sports performance, I'll need to drink about 3 litres a day for it to have any effect on mine:rotfl:
Im also going to buy some coconut oil, you can use it in place of a diary free spread too.0
