Erm....after your Frankie & Benny menu choices, I can't imagine there are many people who think you are eating too little.

Too be blunt (and possibly unnecessarily cruel):

you eat like a fat person
you think like a fat person
you have the self-control of a fat person
you have the sedentary lifestyle of a fat person.

You are therefore destined to remain a fat person.

Make some REAL changes or accept the above.

I eat like a fat person ONE day a week

    I have the sedentary lifestyle of a disabled person, I don't not exercise because I'm lazy, I don't exercise because I can't!

Oh and PS said earlier I was eating too little on some days
Frankie and benny do a whole low calorie section.

Including a seafood pizza, in addition they have a good salad range. For desserts they do a kids fresh fruit selection (pud) and veg side plate which adults can purchase for a small price.

Even there you can have a 3 course at under 1000 calories.

I looked at the low options, I didn't fancy any of them

I'm not going out and having salad and fruit, I have those at home, to me a meal out is to have the things I don't have at home!

I would think of a cheat day as having one , or at the most 2, treats - a bar of chocolate, a packet of crisps or a small piece of cake eg
If I was out for a meal or at a party I would just have a small portion of something I fancied, something that I didn't have every day. That is a treat, not pigging out on thousands of calories.

As I showed it was not thousands of calories, it was like less than 1000 over my maintenance!

It may have escaped some people's notice, but it certainly didn't escape mine that when the Paulineb username (written with a small p) was being trolled around the forum, the poster who was doing the trolling had an issue with the non capitals and made an alias username entitled PaulineB

Which is exactly the way it was written last night on here when the username paulineb was mentioned.

Sometimes when people are on a mission to out someone, they'd be better served saying nothing at all and putting the person they clearly don't care for on ignore.

Astonishing that any forum user who clearly has bigger and better things to be dealing with as many people do would waste their time trying to troll someone off.

    Whoever they were.

I can fit a treat in on a non fast day. A cheat day is a cheat day not a treat. 500 calories above TDEE when I average below it all the time is not exactly pigging out.

Really wanted tuna risotto today but can't find a recipe that doesn't involve something we don't have, either white wine or onion!

I wasn't really referring to your post. I agree, 500 extra calories isn't that excessive, and in any case can be worked off with a good exercise session.

Just leave it out then or instead of the wine, add the same amount of stock (vegetable or fish) and use a little more seasoning or a different vegetable instead of the onion.

If you don't have any, I'd recommend you get some Woucestershire sauce or Hendersons Relish. You can put it in just about anything, and it's amazing on cheese on toast.
