I would generally prefer to have proper whole foods but it just looked so convenient. Bang it all in and off you go. I still struggle with breakfasts and would find it easier to drink something that eat. This seemed the ideal solution.

And I will admit to being lazy at night! Although my kitchen at the moment is awful - I hate cooking in it. I'm getting a new one soon so I may enjoy it more. I lived at my dad's house for a while after he died and he had a Aga. I loved cooking on that! I did loads of cooking and baking.

I understand, and I'm aware of limitations people impose on themselves. I often have difficult clients. Does it show? :rotfl:

You've gotta do what fits for now. If it doesn't work, try something new. Unfortunately there is no blueprint that fits all. I so wish there was, would make my life so much easier :D xx

Forgot to put the stuff for yesterday

    Went to Frankie and bennys

Tomato and nut pesto garlic pizza bread

Salmon fish cakes, Philly cheese dip, chips, watercress, lemon

Chocolate fudge cake, one scoop of vanilla ice cream

Low sugar red bull in the cinema

    2x golden wonder spring onion
    2x McCoy Thai chicken

    500ml low sugar monster

Back to healthy and more veggies today, got grapes to snack on

That's not a cheat meal, it's a cheat day. And it's eating enough food to last you 3 days. Why would you need a 3 course meal (consisting of unhealthy choices) AND 4 bags of crisps?

Tink, you're never going to get to a healthy weight whilst you're doing this to yourself. You can't eat like that once a week and lose weight consistently (if at all). 1lb a week is no big deal when you want to lose 52.

Maybe not 3 days worth of food, but it could certainly be 3 days worth of calories.

I had a look on my fitness pal and all of the frankie and bennys foods are listed. It may just be an estimate but they are there. However the next time I searched nothing came up, it must be the way its typed into the search engine, the first time I looked there were pages upon pages of foods listed.

I haven't done so far but I do know many nutritionists that do. Maybe it's something I should explore :D

I currently work with the Active For Life members at my local gym(s) plus my son's private clients. I'm in the process of opening my own consultancy service but I've got personal stuff I need to deal with first.

Ok just done a quick calculation

They didnt have the tomato and nut pesto pizza bread I had but they had this one

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/frankie-bennys-garlic-and-cheese-pizza-bread-60818620

Mine didnt have cheese but it had pesto so I've put 500 calories for that

    The salmon fish cakes

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/frankie-and-bennys-salmon-fishcakes-86161566

    There was 2 so 500

    Fries

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/frankie-and-bennies-house-fries-52365709

    200

Couldn't find the dip or the choc fudge cake

The energy drink I had at the cinema - 8

The crisps and drink I had at home - 890

Don't know how much milk my OH put in my tea

So that's 2098 not including the Philly dip, the choc fudge cake or the skimmed milk in the tea
