Not the frankie and bennys kind but might help with an estimate, its about 400 cals per one eighth of a cake.

You've actually given me food for thought. I'd have to figure out how to make it accessible and how to monitor people's progress online and how much to charge etc lol

A friend of mine offers a great online service in way of nutrition plans and is very successful at it so I'd hate to steal her ideas, but she doesn't do online tailor made stuff, which is incredibly difficult, so it's not an area I've previously explored. I like to have physical contact with my clients to give an objective overview.

To provide something online I fear I would be emulating my friend's formula but if I could somehow target specific people or groups of people....I wonder.... :)

So should I put 400? Or 500 to be safe?

No idea, thats the problem with eating out, you cant really measure what youve had. Tbh, unless you eat stuff where you absolutely know the cal count you'll always be guessing, but if I were having a meal out that was a blowout complete with pizza, chips, dessert (Im talking about me here, not anyone else), Id be allocating 3000 cals for it, at least. If you are under that you are under, but it can all add up, a frankie and bennys 10 inch pizza according to mfp is 950 cals, a 15 inch is 1500 cals, doesnt take long to get those calories rising.

I didn't have a pizza though, I had garlic pizza bread

3000 I would put it at

You said half of that (I'm assuming you mean half of 52lbs) then you changed it to 1lb a week

It really doesn't matter either way because you wont lose it. If you do, I'll happily post a pic of my skinny bum. What have we left? 7 months or so? 28 weeks? 28lbs? I challenge you. Not sure how you'll prove it, having said that.

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/5-ways-cheat-meals-can-improve-your-body.html

Theres something in that article about what kind of stuff to eat on a cheat meal, specifically about poor quality low nutrient food having the capacity to ruin a weeks worth of good work.
