Also my calories aren't low every day, yeah one or two days I keep them quite low but that's to enable me to be able to go out for a meal

That makes sense, Tink2. Restricting calories for a couple of days so that you do not need to think about them (within reason) when you go out for a meal.

I am sure that majority of adults are plenty well aware what they need to be doing to lose weight and Tink2 has had several weight loss threads to know what she needs to do but, and I hope that I am not speaking out of turn, it appears that many women like talking about weight-loss, dieting, what works, what doesn't and, given that Tink2 spends a lot of time with her partner, having others to talk to about losing weight, dieting, getting a bit of support, well, there is no harm done there.

Maybe Tink2 will lose weight this time, maybe there will be another thread about another type of diet in six months time but that is not unusual for many people on a diet, losing weight, having initial success, struggling, persevering, giving up, trying a new diet; it is what gives the industry it's bank balance.

Having a bit of support, sharing ideas, tips, what works, what doesn't, it is something that some will find very helpful so it is no bad thing that this thread is here.
Dear Lord, I am calling upon you today for your divine guidance and help. I am in crisis and need a supporting hand to keep me on the right and just path. My mind is troubled but I will strive to keep it set on you, as your infinite wisdom will show me the way to a just and right resolution. Amen.

    Thank you!

I know this will work because not cutting things out is what's keeping me on track

I have taken some ideas from this topic so it has been helpful, people are only complaining because I haven't taken all advice and/or their advice such as cutting everything out

I'm not complaining and I wouldn't expect you to take every bit of advice on board. But I still think your calories are way too low given that you are going to have to continue to cut calories as you lose weight. I'd either up them. Or reduce the cheat meal to one a fortnight perhaps. At your current weight I think you could still eat 1500 cals a day plus and still lose.

We go to the cinema once a week in the summer so the meal out is once a week, hence the two days of low

Would rather two days of low and be able to eat out then not be able to eat out

Forgot to put the stuff for yesterday

    Went to Frankie and bennys

Tomato and nut pesto garlic pizza bread

Salmon fish cakes, Philly cheese dip, chips, watercress, lemon

Chocolate fudge cake, one scoop of vanilla ice cream

Low sugar red bull in the cinema

    2x golden wonder spring onion
    2x McCoy Thai chicken

    500ml low sugar monster

Back to healthy and more veggies today, got grapes to snack on

Possibly, you maybe need to think about when you eat out, on the odd occasion, doing a healthier eating out option. Theres nothing wrong with having a blowout once in a while, but if your calories are already low and they seem to be and you are restricting them so you can have a cheat meal once a week, why not just leave them alone? Another two or three hundred calories a couple of days a week isnt going to make a massive amount of difference considering how low your calories are already.

I would either up your calories and have a healthier eating out meal or I would keep your calories at a steady amount on a daily basis and when you have the cheat meal, dont cut calories to compensate.

You are going to end up spending your entire life cutting and tweaking around with calories for what is a once a week treat. Rather than just being focused on eating healthily most of the time and then having a splurge, even if thats what you are doing, the amount of planning you are having to do to achieve that might get frustrating in the long run.

You may feel rubbish being up all night but I don't, I actually prefer it so does my OH

Going out every day is not possible, that's why I have things in the flat to do

Also my calories aren't low every day, yeah one or two days I keep them quite low but that's to enable me to be able to go out for a meal

I would only ever stay up all night if I were working, no other reason.
