Methinks Stephen Hall and/or Peter Haswell (who is coming up for 61 anyway and may be a bit tired of the RAT race he's been involved in) have nothing better to do than read these forums and duck out of any of 'our' cases. Seeing as they know that UKCPS v Gaskell was one of ours, as was the pepipoo case stayed for POPLA instead, which they pass off as 'adjourned until November' in their pack of rubbish they send to the courts. They do like to call us names though, 'forum guru's with scam forum defences' is one of Stephen's gems I think. Thanks Steve. You still can't spell 'advice' but then again you don't work in a customer service industry or anything remotely connected with any kind of useful service so you don't know the meaning of the word. No doubt you are proud of all the disabled people you have taken to court because their Blue Badges slipped their dashboard or their mind.
