I hope you get a good profit from all that, greent!

I've been wondering when I'm going to fit in the whole matched betting lark - I think I have my answer, once I've got rid of the really low cost stuff and tidied up a bit ...

Some things definitely have been - like when I sold a single old foreign bank note for over £50, or an unwanted gift which cost £5 for £25 (there was a bidding war right at the end) - but the effort sometimes is massive for very little actual real return after all fees etc - and mileage to PO. It has proved a useful vehicle at times but am sure that it is far more hassle now than it used to be. (I've just spent the past 3 hours listing things on there - urgh! :()

There have been some highlights, when things have sold for much more than imagined. In fact, in a couple of cases, I was almost embarrassed to sell for the end price, as it felt too much, and I was concerned that I had over-described the item. But people seem to be happy with what they bought.

But other times, it has been a real effort, when decent things went for the starting price, and you can end up with pennies after all the fees have been paid.

I've got a few things that I need to list, which I'll start on, probably tomorrow. It's clothes that I thought I'd wear this summer, but didn't, as they no longer seem 'right' so they can go.

Matched betting was something I was thinking of. I felt way too busy earlier this year, and now that I have more time, I'm not sure I want to put the effort into learning something new, that I'll really need to study. So MB is side lined for the time being.

I'm feeling a bit off colour at the moment, and have been for the last week. Northing really bad, but I get a good night's sleep and still wake up sluggish and tired and feel as if I'm getting a cold that won't come out.... but a cold in only one nostril:eek:

It's all a bit weird and quite annoying. We went out for a walk this afternoon which was nice, but now I'm home I feel like I could have a snooze

At least I've finished doing my cruise review, and my public seem to be interested ! :rotfl:

Is your lymph system up to snuff, Goldie? Self massage helps to clear things out, with lots of water drunk as well ... says she, who's just been to a Fatigue Management Seminar ...

Well, I'm supposed to drink a lot of water anyway...... But I keep forgetting:o

I'll have to read up on my lymph system.

I haven't felt as tired today, and we had a good walk, which was lovely in the sunshine.

My nose still feels a bit odd and 'twitchy' but not as bad as yesterday.

I was wondering if it was my sinuses.

I prepared 5 items to sell on eBay. They are very nice things, so I'm hoping they'll do well

I feel a lot better today, better than I have done since before our little break.

But I still haven't had as much water as I should have. I've just got myself a glassful while I think about it:A

We have currently got a glut of tomatoes, and our peppers are finally ready, so our HM pizza at lunch time was heavy on the tomatoes and peppers.

We're also picking a lot of blueberries now, but they didn't go on the pizza :p

Just been enjoying all this nice sunshine

  • I'm ok during the working week but I just can't get into the habit of drinking water at weekends :(
Maybe I'll have to take the plug off the kettle :rotfl:

    Glad you're feeling better :)

You will find me very puerile, but this comment tickled me :rotfl:
as the larger butts would be too wide for the position it'll need to go in

On a more helpful note, if you're considering any new music, it is often cheaper to download albums from sites other than itune5. Your phone can still play music that isn't recorded in their proprietary format :money:

The cruises sound fascinating, you are a real globetrotter :)

Excellent :j I got into the habit of refilling a water bottle regularly when I had cats - seeing your cats drink out of your glass of water can do something to you  I keep it up now because its dusty on the floor :D

This all sounds lurvely, Goldie. I think my blueberry bushes became potbound, I left them in pots for too long ...
