Me too! or I like to embarrass people wearing socks with my sandals or those socks with toes with flip flops!!
DH always wears socks with his green 'Jesus' sandals (not actually sure what they are called but that's what he has always called them) It drives me mad:rotfl:
I'm never warm, think I probably managed 2 or 3 days without my jumper last year while everyone else is sweating buckets. On the plus side I don't need a summer/winter wardrobe.
LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554
    Mortgage@1 June 18 - £76350
    Total debt @june 18 £102311

    MBR windows cleaned
    Bathroom cleaned
    towels washed
    Mirrors all cleaned
    Family fed and cleared away

Thanks Froddington & Nicki for football advice. x
Ionafan Well done on your award. I'm just under 2stone behind you x
LW I imagine you on your carriage with a velvet cloak and the princesses walking at your side with their tiaras on. x

We had good news at the hospital. DS1's eyes are doing well and unless they flair up again we don't have to return until the school summer holidays.

DS2 was fairly good whilst out until we got back to the car. He started screaming. Not a good drive so I pulled over for a bit. When we got home he kicked the front door. x

I'm going to give him his meds now and try to put him to bed. x

Oh dear - she obviously doesn't get that you can't be on hand for her the whole time. Could you keep a jacket to hand, and when you see her coming up the path, quickly slip it on, and greet her with "I'd love to have a cup of tea and a chat, but I'm afraid I'm just on my way out":

Mmm, today I was a bit grumpy with her. I have tried dropping hints but she is really thick skinned. In fact I think she was watching for my parents to leave today because the minute they had driven off she appeared. I really dont want to fall out with her but she is becoming a bit of a pain. OH says just make her stand on the doorstep and dont let her in if you havent got time for her.

And Fizz, yeah I can understand why your friend did that!

Bathroom is done, kitchen floor needs doing, will sort that in a minute. Might just log in and check my work e-mails too.

Kids are squabbling, might need to plan something for tomorrow to get them out somewhere.

Yahooo. Toad eaten. 3 sets of curtains shortened - only took 18months. Chocolate ice-cream and a bath as a reward. Then I had better start this week's flying.

Kitchen S&Sed ready for the morning

I didn't get around to vacuuming or mopping but I will do these tomorrow when I get back from the paid stuff. To be fair I was up at 7 this morning and didn't sit down until 7.30pm so I feel I have earned my keep today.

Floors aside, everywhere looks clean and tidy and I am feeling very chilled as a result :)

ETA Happy times Valli, but surely you're much too young to be a Great anything?! :D

I have already taken great delight in referring to my mother as Great Grandma:rotfl:and I will be teasing my sister mercilessly. As she had her kids before I had mine I used to lie to all the kids that she was the elder.

My youngest sis hits the big 50 this year and she's not the Granny-to-be!

    Evening!

Too tired to check off my list. Paid stuff is just *meh* but is my last day tomorrow and I'm finishing at 3. Then I'm outta there!

Uniforms sorted and put away. Curry made and eaten. Kitchen S&S. That's about it. I left before 7 and got home at nearly 5 so a bit of CBA.

Did fill the car up, though, and put some new books and games on the kids tablets.

    Sleep beckons!

    Night all!
