1. Which 1 Year link isnt working? From what i can see they are?
2. Corrections all made - appreciate this!
3. Page now correctly links to the webpage not the PDF.
Just amending the specific points you raised to make sure they are spot on.
4. Appreciate this!
5. Will amend and re-upload the summary sheets.
Kind Regards

Hi Rob. Not quite...
The link now works.
The same corrections need to be made on the 1 year page as were on the others (I assume you've not noticed). One other correction I've just spotted is the first Its on all 3 ISA pages needs an apostrophe (It's).
The summaries now don't link to anything except on the 3% ISA page, but I assume you're going to re-upload these.
The T&Cs are looking better but point 5 still isn't technically totally correct:
You are only eligible to hold one new money Cash ISA account in the same year, and cannot apply or subscribe to any others within the same year, unless this is closed..
You can apply to others within the same year, you just can't subscribe. Also you might want to delete one of the full stops at the end of this while you're at it.0 -
Thanks Ed,
SortedBet the banks couldn't change things that quickly
Really appreciate, that you have taken the time to go through everything. As a Credit Union we continue to drive forward.
Kind Regards

Morning Rob.
Just checked the site and- None of the links to the summary PDFs work - it comes up with an error page '400 Bad Request'.
- 1 year ISA page: In the first line of text, your geting needs changing to you're getting.
- 3 year ISA page: all the text on the 3 year ISA page looks good, just the link to the summary PDF doesn't work.
- 5 year ISA page: In the first line of text the two 'your/you're' need swapping: It's important to know that your (should be you're) getting the best from you're (should be your) investments.
Apart from that it all looks a lot better!0 -
Those pesky links playing up again - i even remembered to press publish this time . . .
Should be working shortly, just need my tech guys to look into it.
Thanks

The first line of text on the 1 year ISA page still needs updating 'your geting' -> 'you're getting'.
The links to the PDFs are working now but the PDFs themselves for the 3 year and 5 year ISAs still show withdrawals subject to 90 days loss of interest when these should read 240 days and 365 days respectively...0 -

All looks good now. Just minor things on this leaflet you might want to correct for completeness:
http://www.dotcu.org.uk/assets/images/ISA_A5_AGM_leaflet_HR.pdf
At the top of the box and on the interest rate line add '(fixed)' next to AER as there seems no reason for the 1 year ISA to be different to the others when this rate is also fixed (might lead some to assume its variable).
Also there's an 'a' that's not needed before 'straight' in the text:
DotComUnity Credit Union can offer members
a straight talking market leading rolling Cash ISAs,
allowing you to save up to £15,000 in one ISA for
2014/2015 without paying tax on your savings.0 -
Thanks again Ed,
The first step was to get the website pages back up and marketing the ISAs.
Throughout the next few weeks, we have some really exciting developments in our product range, including developing Corporate Bond opportunities to support communities throughout the UK, the development of Managed Banking options for our Members and the continuing work with supporting members to beat fuel poverty, and high cost lending.
With this development, we will be stripping back our website, re-vamping the content, reviewing and developing our marketing materials, and continuing to shout about the great work we as a Credit Union can and are doing for all of our members.
It really is a compliment to know that we are being taken seriously, that people are looking at our website and providing us valuable feedback to help change the face of banking for all.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate in getting in touch through MSE or over the phone or email.
Kind Regard
