This section has been "offline" (formally under construction) at least from the 2 July (evening) to today 7 July. I find this extremely unprofessional at very least. There was no reason to put up an under construction page until the new page was ready to be put online..

This, added to the lack on answers to email communication, is pushing me out when I was ready to put quite a bit of money on their accounts...

We don't aim to be 'extremely unprofessional' at all. As other posters have mentioned we are providing a personal service that the banks sometimes forget.

We are striving to achieve the best for new and existing members, and always looking at ways to go that extra mile.

Sorry for the inconvenience that you feel you have encountered, and I hope you find a suitable alternative.

    Kind Regards

Looks like there's been an update to the DotCommunity website in the last few days. This is what I can see right now

Found some corrections you might want to make to improve the website (or pass onto whoever edits the site):
    • 1. Link to 1 year ISA doesn't work.
    • 2. On the 3 year ISA page (same on 5 year ISA page):

Its important to know that your (should be you're) geting (getting) the best from your investments.

With a Credit Union Cash NISA, you can experience all the safety and security that you would expect, whilst benefitting (benefiting) from our very attractive and market leading rates of interest.

      3.25% AER Cash NISA

If your (you're) looking for that option to secure your money in a three year Cash NISA, our 3.25% (rate?) could be the option for you.

How can you access our Cash NISA?

If your (you're) interested in opening your own account with DotComUnity Credit Union to benefit from the Cash NISA, follow the instructions by click (clicking) the link below.
    • 3. In the ISA terms and conditions PDF http://www.dotcu.org.uk/assets/images/Cash%20ISA%20Terms%20and%20Conditions.pdf:

In point 4, the ISA limit needs updating from £5940 to £15000 to reflect the change on 1st July.

In point 5, is this referring specifically to DotComUnity ISAs or ISAs in general (as the ISA regulations allow you to hold more than one cash ISA in a tax year, but only allow you to subscribe to one).

In point 20, is this statement 'interest ... is paid on maturity' referring to the 1 year ISA? Does it need updating to reflect the 3 year and 5 year ISAs where interest is paid annually, not just on maturity?
    • 4. On this leaflet http://www.dotcu.org.uk/assets/images/ISA_A5_AGM_leaflet_HR.pdf:

DotComUnity Credit Union can offer members
a straight talking market leading rolling Cash ISAs,
allowing you to save up to £15,000 in one ISA for
2014/2015 without paying tax on your savings.

Also I think it would help if you put '(fixed)' after AER at the top of the first box for the 3% ISA rate to match the others as this rate is also fixed.
    • 5. These PDFs (http://www.dotcu.org.uk/assets/images/3.75%20Cash%20ISA%20Summary.pdf and http://www.dotcu.org.uk/assets/images/3.75%20Cash%20ISA%20Summary.pdf) both says 'Withdrawals are permitted subject to 90 days loss of
interest' yet on this page (http://www.dotcu.org.uk/creditunion/savings/3yearcashnisa.html) it says under important information it states 'Withdrawals from this NISA are subject to 240 days loss of interest.' and on this page (http://www.dotcu.org.uk/creditunion/savings/5yearcashnisa.html) it says under important information 'Withdrawals from this NISA are subject to 365 days loss of interest.'
