  • Good morning fellow PADders :hello:

My PAD today is £12 between Marbles and money box please Eager_Elephant :T

No Black Friday spends for me and certainly never went near a riot aka supermarket! Though I did buy something on daughter's behalf from Amazon and that was a great deal.

Have a super day everyone :D

  • I did all my Black Friday shopping online. Some of the stories you hear about shoppers is unbelievable. Glad I stayed away from our local town - it was choc a block!

I just can't understand the panic buying on Black Friday as I am not sure the offers are that great - I had a quick look at Amazon's deals and none were things we needed.

I had an email from Morrison's and all their Black Friday deals were deals that I have seen in there before.

I popped into Boots as I walked through town as I thought they might have some perfume cheap - no it was the same price I pay when I buy online. The place was heaving and I heard a staff member say to her colleague that she couldn't believe two words made everyone shop so manically!!

It's not even just one day now - loads of shops had signs which said ' Black Friday Offers' and then in smaller writing 'on til Sunday':rotfl:

We will need a new TV at some point next year but I said to DH I would rather shop in my own time without risk of assault and pay a bit extra than get a bargain on Black Friday!!
