What are the best april fools joke you have seen or done?

The best one i ever heard was years ago now. First thing in the morning our local radio station reported that there was an exceptionally low tide on the Mersey and you could see the mud of the river. All morning they were speaking to experts from Liverpool Uni etc explaining how the freak weather conditions had allowed this to happen. I remember this well! We lived near the river and my dad was out of the door with his binoculars , unfortunately (or fortunately) I started laughing after he left and my mum had to go running after him before he made it all the way to the prom
