Ebico are still a greedy company like the rest that don't care about its customers. The restrictions you speak of were only recently introduced. By rights ebico should show a standing charge like they all have to now but they don't need to, as they never had a standing charge.

That is also why we moved to ebico at the time as well as the reasons said before.

Ebico are still a disgrace of a company.

All told, what a bizarre thread.

Because they've changed their website in a way you don't like and don't show a standing charge as they don't have a standing charge. Very few people would describe that as disgraceful.

No! Get it right please !!!!!!. I'm not complaining about not showing the standing charge, I was just pointing out that ebico, don't show it or do they have to.

I am complaining about the rubbish website with a lack of simple information and a simple flaming price list.

Seems we have some ebico shills on this forum. Anti choice anti simple price list and user friendly Website.

No wonder the energy industry gets away with murder

The strange thing is is that most of us (I suspect) agree with Walkon's core point. But they have managed to phrase the thread title in a silly way and their posts are... well, you've read them!

Wouldn't that constitute cruel and unusual punishment?
