I struggled today, having walked just over 19 miles yesterday !!!
Hoping to manage the 3+ to the gym tomorrow for a yoga class and swim... and then I'll have the 3+ back home
Well that puts me to shame :oi did manage boot camp this morning and my legs are complaining already, it's been an all leg week so far this week and pole tomorrow night.
Sorry to hear about the car eto but at least you are ok
Donna as mentioned, can you contact the landlord direct? The other thing is to speak to citizens advise about possible next steps if repairs aren't being made. Could you look at renting anywhere else?
Rounding off the month with nsd#14 which really isn't as bad as I'd feared earlier in the month. Need to work out May target now.....Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Slept really, really badly last night
As such a trip to the gym was out (likely be a hazzard to everyone in the class and myself in the pool), so I decided to walk to a decent sized B00ts instead, in the hope it was big enough to stock a herbal sleeping remedy similar to one I used 25 years ago with some success (and it was. also got some eye drops and sun cream while I was there, all on points
). I've been trying to avoid taking anything, but I've not had many good nights this year so I figured it's time to try something else (already tried warmer room, cooler room, soft non-vocal music etc.). GPS unit recorded 5.42 miles there (stopped at PO on the way to post a couple of birthday cards and my passport application), and 6.03 miles back (slightly different route, but I wouldn't have expected that much difference so I'm going to have to look at the recordings).
Already wasn't an NSD as I had to post my Mum's card (birthday tomorrow, so that one went 1st class - the other card needs to arrive no later than Saturday for a Sunday birthday, so that and the passport application went 2nd class). And I ordered a couple of bits from Amaz0n (off to order another now I've seen it for real in a store I popped into today), plus picked up a few bits for my Camino in Decathl0n (and some naughty cake and YS hot cross buns in Mr S when I bobbed in to use the facilities). Email to say phone bill was ready for paying arrived this morning (was expecting it), and paying it within 24 hours of getting that earns me a 15% discount - so whilst I could have left it for very first thing tomorrow (also not an NSD as several D/Debits will be going out) I dealt with it today. Not a huge saving given my bill was only £2.50, but like the items I mailed 2nd class I figure every penny helpsCheryl0 -

cheryl have you tried lavender scent to help you sleep? You can get pillow sprays, room diffusers or even just put some lavender in a little organza bag near your pillow. I have some Burt's bees hand salve with lavender oil in it that I whack under my nose when I can't sleep and it does help to calm / soothe.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

not a huge fan of the smell of lavender - which might be why it didn't really help way back when. last time I took herbal it was recommended by a nurse in the health centre run by the firm I worked for, and she had me try a number of 'non prescription' things. daredn't go to my GP 'cos I know she'd love to start pumping me full of tablets (wants me on statins for starters, and keeps hinting I'll soon be needing HRT as well
has been told - politely - to go take a running jump on both scores
)

Hmm, perhaps not lavender then lol. I love the smell as it reminds me of the bushes my dad planted when I was little. He'd reverse the car down the drive and brush past it all in the evening.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
