One thing the OP accused me of was telling lies, as it was not possible to eat healthily for less than £25 a week....I know a great many of you would take issue with that comment.
This just goes to show why we have to be so careful when posting on these threads. We can't see body language, and small comments can be misconstrued and people can take and give offence so easily.
I've been and read that thread, and I don't think the OP (which stands for Original Poster, I believe, ie the person who started the thread) did accuse you of lying. I think there's been a misunderstanding that's got out of hand, sensitivites have been hurt, and to be perfectly honest, I can see mistakes made by both sides.

Please don't go csarina! I really enjoy reading your posts - they are so valuable to us all.
There are some people who are on MSE who are just here to stir up trouble, which is a great shame. Those people who post offensive posts are easy to block. There are some people who are on my ignore list, due to the lack of community spirit that they show towards others.

Have a breather for a while, and then return. As my dad told me when I joined the Army "dont let the b4stards grind you down!"Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0 -

Some AEs are used for innocent purposes or so a regular can ask advice on a sensitive or embarrassing issue without being recognised, but more often than not they are used to stir up trouble, bully people, or say things that the person doesn't have the guts to say under their usual username
As this is a standard forum which has been tweaked there is the ability to check the IP addresses to find out who has done this, even via an alter ego. I moderate another entirely different forum and often use the IP check to help in the moderation process.
Cowards and bullies should NEVER be given a reward (or even recognition) for their actions. Smother the flames and their effect will die.
Sorry you had to go through this and really hope that you can return soon once you have recovered your 'balance'.0 -
Well if you feel that you need a break then have a break..........for say 1 hour
and then COME BACK to you friends and ignore the nasty trolls.
There does seem to have been a spate of nasty PM's lately, wondering if it's the same person.
This site runs very well most of the time due to all the positive people on here who willingly want to support, guide and advise other people.
Do not let a nasty negative idiot ruin it for you because it'll ruin it for us all.

My thoughts exactly Triker on reading Csarina's post!
Sorry to hear of the problems Csarina, but please please don't let one individual's pathetic cowardice ruin your experience of MSE. I am all for debate - but really, I find these personal attacks via PMs deplorable.
xxxThanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

csarina,
It doesn't matter how nice one is - there will always be those who will try to bring them down. A nasty PM only shows that there is a nasty person, and THEY are the one with the problem, not you. Leaving the forum only gives them a petty victory they can gloat over.
Above all please remember this: For one nasty git, there are a hundred lovely peeps in here. Do stay.Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.0 -

I would like to add that I agree with the very sensible comments made by Penny. And I'd rather that there was no more speculation on the thread as to who sent the pm. Thanks.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0
