The wording of the brake pipe failure from 2013 looks ambiguous to me - 'Both front and rear brake pipes' this would suggest the brake pipes at all four corners of the car, what I think it is meant to say is 'Both front TO rear brake pipes' which would be the pair of brake pipes which run the length of the car. It would also explain this years brake pipe failure as it points to a totally different brake pipe.
If ball joints have worn out on one side it's no surprise that the ones on the other side are worn out this year.0 -
You have to do that by law, I was replying to the point that AdrianC was making about whether staff make customers welcome or not.
Of course he does not! Workshops are by their very nature hazardous places - PL insurers, H&S officers etc would be having heart attacks if this was the case. Just because many garages will do this doesn't make it law0
