I work for a telecoms company in Wembley (business to business). Check my other posts...i have seeked advise before.
nowt wrong with wanting to post positive service about a company. "If you like it...share it." If you dont like the service received and the company doesnt resolve it...then share it.
i like the way you think though0 -
Never been there but have tried other supermarkets, carcraft. They are pretty much would youd expect. Glad your pleased with it OP0

Does a Bat Signal go off in your bedroom when someone criticises CG? :rotfl:
You'll see i did make the same analogy - you dont negotiate with Tescos so why should a car supermarket negotiate on price so i guess its fair enough
And i did wish the O/P all the best with their new car - glad they got a car they are happy with - good cars Civics. My sons stuck two years of hard abuse!
Well.....
You actually replied to this thread before me.....
You are also the one who continually post negatively about a company you have never bought from:rotfl:0 -

I would never advise anybody to buy from either CarCraft or Trade Sales.
Trade Sales have been prosecuted for selling Opels with the badges swapped to Vauxhall.
And CarCraft sell overpriced turds based on high interest and monthly budget alone.0 -

Lol.
Same old stupidity
People post up a no frills experience with a large dealership
Which gives access to a huge selection of ex fleet cars
And the best the trolls can come up with is saying you must work from them!
I have been accused of working for them in possibly every thread relating to CarGiant
Almost certainly by people who have never and will never buy there.
Which i suspect doesn't bother CG one bit.:rotfl:0 -
As i said theyre all about the same.0

Been to look a couple of times. Not very impressed by the stock, prices or preparation. The £99 should be included in the price. To continue the analogy, I don't pay Lidl to buy from them. Personally, I wouldn't buy from them as there are better cars out there but there may well be some gems.Je suis sabot...0

They are very good at generating positive reviews. There is some good information about what to expect on PistonheadsJe suis sabot...0

I went to look at cargiant once with a mate who considered using them.
The stock is all in average at best condition, the prices aren't amazing and the nonsense you have to sit through just to buy a car is a pain - the sales office was literally full of dead eyed customers sat watching videos on the salesmans computer.
The main thing it's got going for it is the convenience factor - if that's really important to you it's probably a good shout.
And it's really weird how vehemently bigjl defends the place every time they get mentioned, you've got to wonder what his deal is. I'm surprised he hasn't mentioned methyr motor auctions yet.0 -

I have read a few threads on PistonHeads and too be honest wouldn't worry too much about what is said on that website.
The internet is very good at creating hysteria.
Simple fact is they have been going for the best part of 25 years and sell thousands of cars a year. Actually possible they sell as much as a 1000 cars a month at times.
And if you want to see how some CarGiant customers look after their cars go up to Chelmsford Car Auction, now Aston Barclay, and look at the CG trade ins.
I had similar customer service as the OP back in 92 when i bought a Renault 25. A week or so into ownership the heater matrix went. They fixed it without a second thought.
And that job alone must have wiped out any profit they made on the car.
How many car dealers would take the approach they seem to.0
