Couldn't find any DTD pork or lamb in T this morning but plenty of silverside beef. SheTrout tried to tell me it was because it was old stock and new shelf labels and said she would let me have it for half price. I stood my ground and she went off to make a phone call, then gave DTD through gritted teeth. Then she remarked "Didn't you have a problem with meat prices last week too?"
I did, but a different CS dealt with it, so have concluded that I must look like MKS :D

:T:T:T for standing your ground. Was it 'She'?

:eek::eek::eek: You have my sympathy if you do, although most people say that I don't look my age. ;)

Is anyone thinking of getting the new samsung galaxy s5 tomorrow?

I pay for OH's sim only contract (along with mine) and I am thinking of just going and getting him one tomorrow.

I really should ask him first shouldn't i?

Really peed off - just rang language school as no t heard what time studnets arrive this weekend to be told they have no knowledge of booking!! Well I do and quoted them the names of studnets and the date they were booke d- over 4 months ago.

This is worth over £300 to me so for them to disappear two days before due is not really acceptable - but of course if I mouth off at language school then probably will be to my disadvantage as will get less bookings form them in future!!!

    Rant over

What a pain, I really hope they sort this out for you.

Nenen, I know exactly what you are saying :) I too am abit of a hoarder, I put things away thinking that will be of use one day to someone. 5 years later it is still here!!
I've started to clear out, harsh though it is it needs to be done.

As far as stashes go, I've got mine but only go after stuff my family will use. You will get there in the end, as others say, small steps. Good luck :)

Nappies , Good deal for those in need, but I have had quite a chuckle to myself here. I bought baby bits before my first 2 boys were born but found that the 2nd didn't last long in the new born sizes.
By the time I had babies 3 and 4 there was no chance!! 10.4 and that was in old money lbs !! ouch
I didn't want anymore babies after that lol

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

It was indeed the one and only. Min was there as well and another lady looking on, so they're all well aware of me now. I shall have to stick to the nice make up wearing lad on the evening shift for a while I think.

Bum. I just typed all my sun stuff info out, went to another page to check prices and lost the lot

    All ambre solaire stuff.

Golden protect SPF 10 was £3
Sensitive advanced after sun for fair, sensitive and sun intolerant skin was £2
After sun hydrating tan maintainer £2

All full size bottles. All in sainsbugs

For that brand, it's cheap enough for me :D

I got the SPF for when my P20 runs out :rotfl:

the best bit about being a hoarder is that you don't remember everything you have so when you find it again its a great surprise, as good as the time you actually got the item in the sale :T

so I was trying to tidy the bedroom, a never ending job and in the wardrobe a found a short sleeved black cardigan, ideal to go over summer maxi dresses and an embroidered shirt, ideal to go over 3/4 length capri pants - no idea when I got these but that's 2 summer items sorted out :T
