They've also increased the refund from £198.06 to £227.76. Happy DaysIf only batman was here, he'd soon get you told0

My (partially) successful Sada shop done at 7.55pm last night.
Obviously jellies no longer working (I did get one no-sugar one) and I bought a couple of items (in blue) that were dearer in Toscas which reduced my APG.
The blackberries are a really good deal in my opinion as 300g work out to be 90p after APG and I love them in my morning porridge.
I haven't tried the wine yet but Pinto Grigio for under £3.00 a bottle seems like a good price to me.

Sorry Tesco are cheapest this time. Your comparable grocery shopping is £5.23 cheaper at Tesco. ASDA are not 10% cheaper than Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Waitrose. As such you are entitled to a voucher for £6.69.“A journey is best measured in friends, not in miles.”

Please can you give more details - I have a dead ipad - can I claim?
I went through LiveChat & spoke to someone & the long & short of it was "my daughter has had access to my iTunes account, I've never noticed because it was just small increments but checked my account & noticed £2.99 to iTunes & it must've been her. Because I don't spend on the AppStore" & they went through all my transactions for me. The only info they need is when it started & that it was you're child that done it, other sites have said that they've gone back years but that's up for debate.
Really simple doing it that way took me about 5 minutes start to finish & you go into as much detail as you want. I've heard that the no quibble ends on Saturday night but can't confirm it
Also it doesn't matter if you're iPad or others has died, it's based on you're iTunes account & as long as you're reasonably sure there has been spending on that account they will refund you either a lot or a little it depends what's been spent. App Purchases & in App Purchases can be refundedIf only batman was here, he'd soon get you told0 -
sounds good - its one hell of a long trip to Earls Court from our end of the world.
Now I am wondering how to get to Event City via train (tram???) we get the train to Manchester Piccadilly but how to go forward from there - I've only been once to Event City and that was in a barge
OO yes, free tickets - everyone keep their eyes and ears open :T
Some useful travel information here.:)

Many thanks to everyone who posted encouraging replies to my recent 'Is it me?' post. I'm back to seeing the Elite silver linings rather than the clouds thanks to you all!
I've always been an 'all or nothing' person and drive myself crazy trying to be perfect and/or be the 'best' at whatever it is I'm trying to do, without giving myself time to learn things properly and/or make mistakes. However, if I feel I can't be perfect then I usually give up entirely... hence my house is an absolute tip because I realised many years ago that I didn't have the time, energy or inclination to be the 'perfect housewife' (sorry to disappoint you DM, I'm another woman who doesn't use an iron). This is compounded by my hoarding everything just in case it might come in useful one day. The problem with that is that when the day comes I can't find whatever it is I'm looking for among all the other clutter!:o
I guess part of my lovely DH's concern about my stockpiling glitched goods is that we have very little storage space as it is because the garage, cupboards, spare room and loft are all chock full of clutter!
Anyway, not only did all your lovely posts make me feel a lot better about just taking baby Elite steps but they also got me to reflect on just trying to do a little bit to clear some clutter every day - however, I haven't happened to mention to dh that my incentive is that then I will have space to store glitches!
I've read a bit on MSE about decluttering and how to make it manageable so today I have finally cleared enough space in the spare room to place 4 plastic boxes (plus a rubbish bag) and labelled them: sell, charity, mend, put away. My plan is to spend 10 minutes every day to find ten things to put in the boxes and then, as they fill up I can deal with the contents. I'm hoping that starting small will help!
Similarly, I've decided to take the advice on here and just aim to do little bits of Elite shopping as and when I can rather than stress over missing out on every deal posted. I did a great shop in Sada yesterday and got an APG for £6.69 - there were a few 'mistakes' but given that before stumbling on this thread a few short weeks ago I didn't even know that Sada offered APGs let alone how to claim them, I'm quite happy. I'll post my APG shop and results in a minute.
Getting a good (for me, although I know SB, SFSB etc could do much better) APG has really lifted my confidence - again all thanks to you lovely people. The icing on the cake was that I got up the courage to spend the £23 APG my dd got for me (which I'd previously been too nervous to try). I did a muggle shop (but made sure Sada were cheapest and went for all the deals and things I know we will use over time then did as PPs suggested and looked for a nice, young student SA.
I couldn't believe my luck when, as I was unloading my shopping onto the belt a senior supervisor came over and told the young SA that she could go home after serving me and they then discussed how Sada wouldn't be paying this young girl the extra 15 mins she came in early for her shift. As soon as the supervisor went I engaged the SA in a chat about how these big companies really try to screw people for every penny and they always come out on top - of course she agreed wholeheartedly with me!We got on like a house on fire - so much so that she was really pleased for me when I handed over my £23 APG and said, "Well done - I wish I could get one like that!" She then processed it with a smile! :j:j:j:j
Those small successes have really helped - I've treated myself to a couple of hours catching up on here - including giving myself an avatar (my gorgeous but crazy little 1 year old spaniel x poodle b 1tch ).
Ok - that's me in a nutshell (more like a coconut than a hazelnut judging by the length of this post)!
Thanks again for the sound advice :beer::beer: you are all :A:A:A (well, except for a few naughty boys - but then when I was teaching full time I always had a soft spot for naughty boys!) :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I can so relate to the hoarding bit.I have had to imalgamate my mum's bungalow contents with mine as well as having quite a few stashes. Getting to the end of it...have tried to be ruthless getting rid of stuff but I am far to emotionally attached to loads of things. It's how I am.
At the moment sat in the driver seat of my car is the huge teddy my dad bought my mum the year before he died. It had been sat in his armchair round there. All the furniture without homes went today so it was left sat on the floor. My OH will probably have fit if I sit it on the sofa here.
I used to rush out for every glitch but pick and choose now, so as not to overload my house anymore than it is. The lounge is a stash free zone but the only room that is. :rotfl:
Good luck Nenen. :A0 -
These are fab value, any chance you can remember roughly how long your little one's were in the newborn size for?
x
Very difficult to tell, DS1 was in newborn nappies for 3 months, so I stockpiled a bit, but DS2 managed only 4 weeks in them and wasnt much bothered about wetness when DS1 wouldnt eat until we changed wet nappy.0
