These are fab value, any chance you can remember roughly how long your little one's were in the newborn size for?

    x
I have just put my baby in size 2 at about 6 weeks although they would have still fit for a bit longer. Never tried waities though so the fit maybe different. My baby is now 7 weeks old and weighs 9lb

i have to say the newborn size is by far the most difficult one to judge and therefore stockpile for...

As it goes on weight it might be that you have a bigger baby and therefore the size doesnt last as long as with a smaller baby,

In our case both mine were in newborn for about 6 weeks or so and any additional things we had left over we passed on to others in the NCT class who were a little behind us.

That sounds vaguely like what I remember for my first (it's been a long time lol), how about size 2, they are even cheaper at 4.5p per nappy in W's!

I'm thinking if I do a £50 shop with W as a new customer, I get the £10.50 cashback with quidco (also an extra 40% as part of the 4mill members promo), making them super cheap :D
I think tigercub was in size 1's for about 2 months. She was 7.7lb when born. It does obviously depend on baby. But size 1's go up to 11lb. So average out 6-8 nappies per day x /7 weeks. (7 per day x 7 days x 7 weeks = 343, so 13 packs):D Only £16.38:T

The size 2's are a great price too... so if you are worried about wasting any, just get size 1's for 6 weeks, then enough of the size 2.

Erm, have you something to tell us amy? :rotfl: :D

I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find

    Good Afternoon all.

    Hope everyone is OK.

Just logged into this thread for the 1st time this week. Shoot! I missed out on Belvita and Nutri by the looks of it. Bah humbug. Thanks to all for their shopping lists and the OP's.

Sainsbobs again: Bloo liquid toilet cleaner fruit:eek:/ violet/tulip 20p. SEL was there but shelf empty:(
These good deals in sainsbobs are easy to spot if you just look for red sels that say 'sale' on. Not the ones that have '3 for 2' or 'save 50p' etc.

the same always happens to me all of the time, the red sale SELS are there but the shelf is empty :(

It does depend on the brand as well. I found boots really snug from early on whereas others were more roomy :j

Sorry I'm not fully caught up, can anyone confirm if the Nutrigrain APG is still on the go?
I haven't seen anything from this afternoon so I'd say it's doubtful. I thought the price was showing on MyS...

Thanks for that. I've not tried W own brand before but I picked up some size 5+ for tigercub (she's 20 months). Will try them as they are cheaper than pampers etc so will see how i go.

The Ideal Home Show is coming to Manchester for the first time.:)

    http://www.idealhomeshow-manchester.com/

    Now to find free tickets!!:D

sounds good - its one hell of a long trip to Earls Court from our end of the world.

Now I am wondering how to get to Event City via train (tram???) we get the train to Manchester Piccadilly but how to go forward from there - I've only been once to Event City and that was in a barge :D

OO yes, free tickets - everyone keep their eyes and ears open :T

That's the correct price for 2 (morries are 2.69 each or 3 for £5)
The trouble with that is the best return would be to buy 6 and there's no chance of me eating/fitting that many in the freezer so I haven't been out to test it :(

Thank you. I had not thought through the logic and had not realised that I needed six! Will have to think about this one...
