Best brand of dishwasher to buy??

I've had a few dishwashers over the years. My first one was a Bosch and it was very good, but it broke down after about 5 years. I then had a Miele which was beautifully quiet and washed well, but I gave it to my daughter when I moved as I had an integrated dishwasher in my new house. The Miele us still going strong, though there was a fault on it which gad to be repaired a couple of years back.

I recently replaced my integrated dishwasher with a freestanding one...And after reading Which reviews Whirlpool came out on top! I wants shocked, as I thought Miele or Bosch would, but by all accounts and according to Which, they aren't as good as they once we're and Whirlpool got more points for everything from washing, leaving no streaks on glasses, drying, efficiency, quietness and reliability. I have to say that since I bought it I agree....it's fantastic.

Whirlpool make IKEA dishwashers as well and they come with 5 year warranty as standard. Decisions decisions.
