No its not there (they are T&C for using Skys website not Sky TV) nor in any of the T&C I have here.

The 12 months almost certainly comes from the fact that Sky purge non-subscribers from their database after 12 months - it is usually impossible to re-activate an account or viewing card after 12 months or so. Sky CS actually quote 12 months in telephone conversations so it must also be on their system.0
