Be careful if it is on your chest. Make sure you don't get an infection and need antibiotics. That's what happened to me and I was really poorly. Might be worth going to Dr if its on your chest. Take care.DMP 2015 £57,549, now £36,112 (37% paid)

Thank you both, thankfully chest seems to be ok, still feel slightly tight but it hasn't progressed into a cough or anything, DD had vicks on last night and she slept better earlier, so hopefully her cough is on it's way too
It's finally OH's payday!!!!!!! woo hoo, 1 more day for my payday, I have allocated all his pay into Feb's YNAB pots, really pleased to see that his pay actually covers most of the bills (shy of about £100) so once mine hits I will allocate the food and petrol and rest of bills, mine and OH's fun spends (we have decided on £50 each a month, he wants to save for new tattoo and I am saving for a foldable treadmill) and then into various savings pots etc, I am excited, I am looking forward to a full month of YNABing
I am pleased it is wednesday, I am off the next two days, I have my name down for overtime this weekend, both days, but we haven't heard if it's confirmed yet, although I am tired, I hope it is confirmed
Not much else to report at the mo

Morning everyone
Finally payday for me too
I need to brave the frost and ice taking the kids to school, then need to go to @sda and get a couple of bits for my Aunty for her birthday (which is tomorrow), get home wrap them up and put them in my mam's house (over the road) as she is seeing her on Friday.
I need to allocate all my pounds in YNAB (which I am excited about)
And have a couple of loads of washing to do, some tidying, and need to try and finish my blanket (if not today, then definitely by tomorrow)
Today is a very sad day for me, it's two years since one of my best friends died, she was 34, and died of cancer, I miss her every day
I hope everyone has a good day xxDebt £30,823.48/£44,856.56 ~ 06/02/21 - 31.28% Paid OffMortgage (01/04/09 - 01/07/39)

Oh K, what a sad day for you and so tragic that you lost your friend so young. Hope you manage to take some time out today to remember some of the good times.
Great news that pay day is finally here! Hope you have fun allocating the money. I do love to see pots all fresh and topped up before they are decimated through the month.
Fingers crossed om the overtime!Sealed Pot Challenge 075

Thank you Homegrown, we had some amazing times
I had a lot of fun allocating money, YNAB has taught me so much already, in the past I would have been "it's payday let's have a small splurge" but I didn't today
They deffo get decimated don't they lol
I have given us a healthy 'eating out' budget of £200 for this month, me and OH are off to Nottingham for a Hanson concert on the 14th, then from there to London on the 15th for another Hanson concert, then back home on the 16th, the hotel and breakfasts, tickets and hotels are paid for already, so it's just food and drink really that we need, we won't spend £200 but I wanted to make sue we had enough
Done my menu for this week
Saturday - Frozen Pizza
Sunday - Chicken dinner
Monday - Burittos
Tuesday - Chilli and Rice
Wednesday - Bangers and Mash
Thursday - Hot Pot
Friday - Katsu Chicken Curry

Good afternoon everyone
I am at work (boo), but yay for overtime money, I am only in today, I am meeting my new niece tomorrow for the first timemy brother and wife have adopted her
she was 1 in October, I can't wait to see her!!! That is who I am making the blanket for, which I need to finish, I should manage to do that tonight
I have changed tonight's dinner to chicken Fajitas from Frozen PizzaI am looking forward to that, annoyed with @sda though, the shopping was delivered today and apparantly in the whole of asda there is no cereal or milk or bread (unlikely)! so I am going to nip in on the way home cos we need them bits.
Checked my son's lunch account for school (was topping it up) he has a hot dinner every friday, and he has been charged for his meal, and a soup (£1) and open food (£0.50p) which he says isn't his, I have sent them a message, I hope we get a refund without issue! he is a creature of habit, he always has the hot main meal, 2 x ketchup sachets and a milkshake, and he certainly wouldn't eat soup by choice lol
I've just updated YNAB with all the things that have come out, so everything is looking good there.
nabbed myself another free audio book, I went to cancel audible and it offered me another book credit so took that, downloaded the next one in the dark tower series, then it let me cancel it stillso I am pleased with that
3 hours to go then hometime yayhave a good day all xx

Afternoon all
Met my new niece yesterday, she is so gorgeous, full of smiles, they loved the blanket as well (I have pics of the blanket but can't get onto photobucket at work, so will add them when I am home)
The school text back saying they have passed message onto kitchen, I want the £1.50 back on his account, I know it's not much money but he definitely didn't spend it.
I have updated all my YNAB things, and was shocked and happy to discover the bank have put £125 into my account for a switching offer, I didn't join them on a switching offer, they brought it out a week after I had joined, so I am not sure why I have it? unless I hit the date for it but didn't realise? I hope they don't take it back out lol
I have put £50 in emergency savings, and the rest in the petrol and groceries section, it made me very happy
4 hours till home timeI am shattered today for some reason, not sure why, both kids needing waking at 6.50am this morning which is unheard of for DS he is normally up 6.00-6.30
I hope everyone has a nice day xxDebt £30,823.48/£44,856.56 ~ 06/02/21 - 31.28% Paid OffMortgage (01/04/09 - 01/07/39)
