I just finished work 15min ago
what a nightmare.
I was late out of work and arrived at school for parents evening with 2min to go to my appointment, only to wait nearly 40min to be seen! So by the time I got to after school club, DS was nearly in tears that I'd forgotten them and DD was sat on a lady's knee looking as white as a sheet
So I'm afraid it was cereal, toast, fruit and yoghurt for teaand after their bath and bedtime I had to get back on the lappy and make sense of someone else's muddle.
Argh, I have not flown at all this week. I have paperwork to do, a holiday to get ready for and I'm babysitting my friends DD tomorrow. Oh and the new playhouse is coming.

Just signed up. Flat untidy but not awful but dealing with ME/CFS and return to work and thinking this will help me break down the tasks so I can feel I've achieved something. I definitely will be level 1!
Reduced hours - reduced money any saving a bonus so been having a good read of many threads - particularly the Old Style. Already do some batch cooking but want to increase this too. Have been trying some knitting and sewing.0 -
This morning DH helped with the hoovering while I made 2 important phone calls, packed and ran round the kitchen with the steam mop. The house is tidy and clean for when we get home tomorrow evening.
We drove to a NT place for lunch and afterwards took a brisk walk up the hill to see the garden and admire some tiny lambs before completing our journey to DS2's. DGS3 walked across the LR to me, climbed on my lap and gave me a lovely long cuddleHe has grown up so much since we last saw him at the end of January!
Congratulations on the interview, mummyroys.
Yes FBO, paint returned without the salesperson batting an eyelid.

Morning all.
Huge hugs and vibes all round again. Its taken me an hour to read this thread due to interruptions so everything has flown away again
Yesterdays shopping didn't go to plan. Managed to get all the cards, Easter gift bags, and a couple of bits for DD's birthday. She spent £5 on second hand CDs for a good school report. However we never made it to the butchers due to DD loosing her bus pass when we came home to drop shopping off  Had to go and pay out for new passport photos, a £5 "admin fee", and 3 lots of bus fare as her ID got left on the side at home and she wouldn't stay in town on her own while I came home to pick it up (I had a bus pass)
Today I have work to do, paperwork that needs to be done, accounts to update, laundry and I need to have a bath. I think I'll do some flying as well to break up the paperwork, otherwise I'm going to end up with square eyes.Best get on otherwise I won't get everything done today
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0
