Work wise I would like to gain some more Sage experience, paid if possible but I'm open to volunteering. Greying Pilgrim recommends payroll so I will look into that.

Ay up SS - I think that you are crediting me for some advice I didn't give :) I usually stick to food or recipe advice, not work :D Especially not computer-based accounts packages - ha, if you knew how cack-handed I was in real life with 'puters........ :rotfl:

Still, you sound much more cheerful having posted - and I'm glad that you slept through the storms - best thing to do with 'em!

Flaming Norah! Was just reading my old posts and found one where I went to MrTs and spent £107! And thought that was good! Hells bells! There's only 2.5 of us. Oh well at least my LBM happened. I also just realised that my mobile phone rebate hasn't been paid yet. It was due after 56 days on 22 April so I should have it by next Sunday. Will make a note to check for it. What a palaver.

Hope everyone is having a great day. For some reason I have gone up a notch today. Relief? stress does very funny things to your body and not just your mind.

Yes GP I agree and say double :T:T yayyyy:T:T to you all who have helped me through my recent woes and for showing me how to keep positive. I am more equipped now than I ever was.

I've made a few financial changes in the last few weeks and even dropping my salary feel that DFD is getting closer. Funny that the huge salary should have brought it even closer but all the stress and long hours meant that I didn't have time to keep a hold of the budget properly and I was spending more time worrying about losing the salary. Now I'm thinking of ways to increase my income, but that won't affect my sanity! I've also starting volunteering, having fun and studying. Sorry that if that didn't really make sense. Am just so happy to be out of the grip of that stress.

LOL. Sending out positive vibes to everyone. Happy Sunday. :j

Gosh reading your diary reminds me of my nightmare job - amazing how a job can effect your health. That job and the people sucked the life right out of me like a Dementor (I'm a geek - harry potter anyone?) I was a shadow of the who I used to be!

Eventually Mr Mars told me to chuck it and become a waitress or something- anything had to be better than that. Money was not everything. He was right.

I chucked it, got a tempt job two weeks later and am still with the same company 3 years later. Completely changed my life.

Glad you are onwards and upwards!!! And amazing how LESS income makes your feel more likely to clear the debt - shows how that job affected you!

Look at your list of things too - that is something I need to get down on paper - I have bits and bobs all over the place!!! Very good idea! :D

    xoxo

Thanks for popping in VeronicaMars and good to hear others have experienced the same and it's not just me. Everyday I am more sure it's the right thing.

Dementor - they drain peace, hope and happiness out of the air around them - you've got it in one LOL :rotfl: Pleased to be rid of the soul sucking fiends  :T

I started my list the other day after following Ali-ok. It really is amazing how the bits add up. I've got all my months spends catered for at the moment. Little steps, I haven't got my dream home visualised at the moment but it's becoming clearer. We live in an almost neighbourless cottage too, feel very lucky.

    :)
