Brilliant to see the change SS - really sounding lovely and positive. Some jobs drain the life and will to live...you're reclaiming it - well done :T:T

Loving your list - a reminder for me to check my Tesco points there, as though I hardly shop there, I did buy some cheap ankle boots before Christmas and got myself a clubcard :D

Have you installed/tried Qmee? Just normal searching for stuff on the internet brings up little green boxes of goods that have a value, ie. 5p, 10p and so on - tiny amounts, but a few £s a month for doing nothing extra (except a couple of clicks) and it's free money to throw at the debt. I do my "window shopping" that way and now I earn instead of spend :D.
    Back on the DFW Wagon:

    CC - £3,300 on 0% til 04/2020
    CC - £4,500 on 0% til 02/2019
    Loan - £12,063.84 as at 4/1/18

Hope you got your Iron today! It has went up in price from yesterday

I had reserved yesterday so I got it at that price! :money:x

No I hadn't, but I rushed back out and got it as I'd also reserved yesterday. Stuck in the rush hour traffic but wasn't too bad.

Hope we are pleased with our irons. :)

Thank you, am feeling so different. Definitely the right move.

I have got a MrT CC and earn points on my fuel etc by using it anywhere but I have to remember to pay it straight off and not build up a balance. Every year they send us a 650 points voucher if we use the card anywhere. Nice :-)

I haven't tried Qmee - can I use it on my ipad? I find the nectar ads so easy to do on the ipad as I can do it while watching TV?

    :)

ps just looked at QMEE and can't do on ipad (shame) but can on MAC so will have a go later. x

Qmee and Nectar ads - what are these strange things you talk of?

Hope you found the answers to your questions Veronica?

    List today:

£1.66 cash (sadly haven't kept too much track but am not going 'what the heck' - its just a blip.
    £1.82 Sainsbugs voucher
    £44.61 in the bank
    £8.50 on my Blackcard

Giving me only £56.59 when I need £80 for the next two weeks (what happened!) Ah, still have the £11.57 to get back from DH from his accidental use of the CC = £68.16 so that gives me £34.08 for each of next two weeks (bit better).

    Still also have:
    102 nectar adpoints
    £3.82 nectar points
    835 Tesco points
£19 Tesco vouchers + £2.87 after topcashback transfer
    £3 Boots Advantage points
7500 Avios point after Tesco cc transfer (for 6 bottles of wine)
£8.49 M&s gift card (fathers day gift bought)
£13.50 PayPal (postcode lottery paid - must ring and cancel)
£32 in my saver ac for DDs hairdo this month
£100 in Santander as we are having a rare night out this month
    £35 due from buymobiles rebate
    65p Quidco
    0p Topcashback
    0p Qmee (not started yet)

    2 tyres to buy soon
and £30 road tax at end of June

I have just read most of your diary because I liked the title of it!

Just a couple of queries really:

    - Both you and your husband have nectar cards on separate accounts, I take it (hint, hint)

    - Think next double up is next month so worth waiting to use the points

    - I keep our clubcard points to spend on the x4 restaurant offers so I can take the family out. I do not use them in store unless I am really desperate

Hi Pauline. Thank you for dropping by. We don't have separate accounts I think we're joint. Should we have separate ones. I hadn't thought about it - would it be a benefit for adpoints?

    Thanks for the advice

    :)

Separate accounts should mean more points can be earnt (possibly doubled!) with Adpoints, Search and Canvass (surveys)...something to think about there. Good idea!

You know the Nectar Card that you can earn points with when you swipe with your shopping in S@insburys or petrol? Well using that same card number, you can sign up on the Nectar website to take part in:

    - Adpoints - watching short adverts which earns you points that are added/converted to your Nectar account weekly
    - Search - download the Nectar Search bar and every 2 clicks earns you 1 point (max 100 points per month = 50p)
    - Canvass - surveys for points - added and converted usually within 24 hrs of completing the survey

There is also eShops - earn points by going through the Nectar site.

    Hope that helps :)
