Please Help! I have been reading all your posts and you are all doing really well and that is great, but, I am feeling down. I seem to have lost my 'mojo' this month, my family have serious health problems and so I am not feeling myself but I am trying to keep going on here as a way of escape.
Later this month I should have extra work and mileage to add to my signature but so far the only thing I can declare is a cheque for £2.50 from a tea bag company.
It is interesting reading about the double your money challenge. I sold an item on ebay last month and made £11.00 clear profit on an 99p item from a CS so I know it can be done.
Sorry this isn't very interesting!Make £10 a day January 2014 £372.50/310.00:j

Morning all looks like summer is on the way
I have managed to get 35 listings done this week to end on Sunday, some are only 3 day listings that I started last night though so fingers crossed. I will try and get another 35 done this week but it will be difficult as oh is off work tomorrow and I am in work on Sunday. I haven't even made a dent in the 70 business listings yet, will do if I get to 70 on personal!
I must also check out the bingo sites on the cashback sites but I can't remember the ones I did 18 months ago!
Still plodding on on Bubblews now up to $22.64
I also still need to do the banana task for Roamler not sure why I have been putting it off!£20 a day April 2014 £834.87/£600 :j

First Direct is fee free up to £250 so gives me a comfortable just in case I need it buffer. I also have a Santander 123 account to pay my household bills for cashback plus halifax rewards for £5. I've learnt so much in the last year from this site. :T
Can I ask, how do you manage with several current accounts? Do you have a salary paid into one and then shuffle it through the others to meet the usage requirements? I need to keep my graduate account for the next year or so (free overdraft) but would like to get a Santander account for the cashback.New graduate trying to get debt-free.
Make £5/day challenge: August £84.08/155
I owe £5400 (plus £34,000 Student Finance)

At the moment wages are paid into Halifax think there's a £750 minimum to get the £5 Reward plus you have to have two Direct Debits. I have 2 paying minimum balance on 0% Credit Cards. I then have a standing order set to transfer amount to cover household bills in 123 account minimum funding amount is £500. The other account Barclays at the moment I also have a standing order setup for monthly spends. I use the Barclays account as my everyday spending and don't touch the other accounts at all.
It's know as the piggybanking technique it's mentioned on the budgeting article on the main MSE page. It's worked wonders for me this last year I use to live in my overdraft. I now know exactly how much I have to spend without worrying about what DD are due out of the account.0 -
another wee sale of £4 to add from fleabay - i'm up to max of 100 listings on there and have a few large ticket items on with best offer option - some people are sooooooo cheeky with their offers!! LOL
Just made another payment off CC and balance is now down to £194 oddsmuch happier with that BUT i will not be resting until it is £0.00 again. Its amazing how they creep upwards!!

Any tips for earning on inbox pounds? I've been stuck at about £8 for months probably take another year to hit the £20 threshold to cash out. I've managed to bag myself £10 with swaggers this week.0 -
