Updating my total so far: £150 competition win, £31.13 from ebay and 10p roadkill :j

Well done - that's a nice win on the competition :)

Not been doing much as having to re-organise myself for these new hours I'm working and it's kind of strange. Totally different pattern to the whole working week and having to rethink cleaning/shopping/cooking/eating hours. Think I will get into the swing by the end of the week but at least I'm earning some pennies :j

Great to see so many people doing so well and hope you all have a winning Wednesday

Just an update on this months money:)
I have managed to sell the outfit I wore to my sons wedding last year on ebay and got £250 for it:))) Very happy....and with this weeks few sales on ebay of bits and bobs I have made so far £277.05....
I can give myself a week off now I think from it....and get back searching for things to sell round the house next week......
Might catch up on some gardening at last lol...

Love this thread...thanks to everyone for their help and support each month xx
Sealed pot challenge 7...my number is 2144.....started Nov 29th ....
  • My totals...

    Thursday - £15
    Friday - 4p
Today - working on it (50p so far)

    Continuing....

Friday actually had £2.70 as well from ebay, so that's £2.74
    Saturday 50p + 29p (surveys and Clixsense)
    Sunday £2.65 from eBay
    Monday 5p roadkill and £5.60 eBay (£5.65)
And today, another £2.70 from eBay

That takes my running total to £29.53, which means I'm doing around £3.69 a day. Woohoo! :T

  • Nothing to report today. Well, almost nothing - my daughter did find 1p in the A$da self-scan checkout when we went to get her trainers. The look of triumph on her face as she pocketed it suggests that the next generation of hunter-gatherers will prize their roadkill just as highly as we do :)

  • Won 2000 nectar points on their twitter competition! Will wait until I spend it to count it though :) Am such a clutz with numbers that I got all excited and thought this was £100, tiny bit disappointed to discover its only a tenner :p

And cashed out £5 Amazon this morning with swagbucks.

  • 42p from the A$da Price Guarantee. I don't know whether it's got anything to do with the school holidays, but traffic to my eBay listings seemed to have dropped right off at the moment. It's either that or I've sold everything worth selling now.

Maybe I should try painting on bread with cooking oil before sticking it under the grill to see if I can produce some of those 'Elvis appeared on my toast' type items that were all the rage a few years back. I bet you could get loads of 'miracles' out of a Smartprice loaf and a bottle of budget cooking oil :D

  • Why has my house been overtaken by baby clothes and only have 7 listings on eBay?! Two do have bids on so not all bad, still nothing to add as my main income to challenge is supposed to be ebay! Think I will try and do 10 listings a day/ 70 a week, might try and do this on personal ebay and business so 70 each. Business one will be 70 items though as lots are multi item listings.

I also need to get back on to Bubblews and almost halfway to cashout. Have been doing neobux daily but investing in referrals and trying to grow that a bit before withdrawing.

Well Done everyone, especially on wins :) wish I had time to comp!
