I've given up hassling Lloyds to merge my profiles! As I can see the new Club account and monthly saver on one profile and can send money back and forth I have decided to stop being anxious about it

Yes my profiles haven't been merged yet either, and like you have managed to set up DD and transfers from one profile to another.

It took a bit more time setting up and is just rather annoying now...:(

I won't let it go though as not right, I will wait to give them a chance to correct and then chase again if still not done...

Don't let 'em get away with it. It's an easy fix for their IT guys when they put their minds to it. Lodge a formal complaint and they should give you something for your trouble in return.

They had £1200 of my (and every taxpayers) money without asking me when they were bailed out... I think we're due some of it back!

I've already had £385.00 from them for three complaints about the same problem since February...

TSB managed to merge the profiles without being asked. I'm just so weary of being on the phone, being told how sorry they are and how it's not so easy to do. Funny thing is that my user ID is almost exactly the same for both profiles LT**** and LT****1 - surely they must know that it's 'me'.

Can't do anything this week as away from home so will wait and see.

I have upgraded our joint Vantage account into a Club Lloyds account. A week ago my husband received a new debit card through the post, but to date I have not received one in my name.

    Should I contact Lloyds?

What's odd about my new account is that I've had the new Debit Card & all the acknowledgements but my online account is still showing 'Classic Vantage' but the picture of the card is black, so I presume it's been updated?

We are in exactly the same position mine arrived last week but my wife hasn't received hers.

Had an old Lloyds vantage account gathering dust so i upgraded to the Club Lloyds yesterday online all went through ok.

the 30 seconds it takes to transfer 1500 from one account to the next is probably worth it for the gourmet card or a subscription to a magazine. I've already linked my paypal account and will change my RSPCA charity DD with Lloyds. How long did other people wait for the new card ?

Yesterday my Club debit card, PIN code and activation code all arrive in separate envelopes in the same postal delivery. So much for security.

    Hey ho....

    Am now merged! :j
  • This is a really stupid question, but am I right in thinking that if I have £5100 in the account, I would get 5% interest on £5000 and nothing on the amount above that figure?
I don't think I can hang on til Friday...
