I would say thats not really fair

Because we have been asked to pay back 60 a month, which leaves is with a little extra money each month, towards bills ect..
If the nil tax code had been applied at point of bankrupt , there wouldnt be such a big refund due, its nearly a grand that will be due

I am sorry, I would email/phone the OR, it's always worth double checking exactly where you stand...

  • Hi Just a question

Husband has a car crash , not his fault , injuries which there are claims for now. How does compensation work with undischarged bankruptcy ?

Husband deserves something as has not nice injuries, currently has his back strapped up and loss of earnings ect.... ect...

If he was awarded anything, is it gonna be taken off him for his bankruptcy ?

    thanks
