    It’s Attiya here from Customer Services. I’m going to be monitoring this forum from now on and will try and sort out any issues raised. I’m sorry we missed taking your DD payment. If you’d like to email me you’re account details – blogresponse@extraenergy.com I’ll find out what happened and hopefully will able to shed some light on this and prevent it happening again.

    It has already been reported over two weeks ago. However when I phoned to find out the status of my complaint I was told sorry no record of your complaint. I then reported the complaint on the 9 October again and am still awaiting for a reply.

    Please can you tell me when full online facilities will be available. I know some people are not bothered but I'm me and I am bothered.

    Hi Rogcal,

    I have no idea where this came from! I think it's an issue affecting the site as I noticed the post by MEMBER02 turned into ‘alien’ language the other day and has now corrected itself. It was just the automatic disclaimer about being the company rep that gets added to all my posts.

    I'm sorry about your experiences. I can follow this up but only if you email me your full name and account number.

    Enhanced services on My extraenergy are being tested this week. I believe we have another couple of weeks testing to go through before a phased release. I totally understand why you're bothered and we're working hard to get the facilities live as quickly as possible. I'll keep you posted as soon as I know more.

    Ok iv just joined EE, EE asked me for my first duel fuel meter readings on the 10th October so I could switch to them from eon, eon have told me they have received my gas reading but not the electricity ready, they say EE have not sent electricity reading !?, but EE say they have sent it !?!?, Eon have £300 of my cash just siting there so I really would like this to be sorted, whats my next move, as im geting nowhere, ps i also tryed to send a messag on on there web site and all im geting back is

  • I've changed to Extra energy.

    My M&S deal came to an end in September and EE came out with the best deal. I started the ball rolling on the 10th September and today have had an email from EE saying today is my changeover day. Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly.

    I haven't heard a thing from M&S though and I have a lot of credit there. Don't know how long it takes them to process it all.

    Have you provided meter readings to M&S? This will help ensure that your final bill with M&S is accurate. It maybe worth calling them to chase up your final bill too at the same time.

    Hi Extraenergy,
    I've read that If you go into your profile your signature should be unaffected from the attack that happened earlier this week, just copy, delete and then paste the signature back in and save then your signature should show back up on your posts. That way people will know that you're genuine.
