    Update on previous posts....

I left EE at the end of November moved to EDF. After upteen phone calls on my part & numerous lies on there part I received my Final Bill (in fact the one & only bill) on the 2nd March 2015. Showing at the botttom of the bill that I was in credit by £179 & that the money would be credited to my account on the 11th March.

Guess What ....Still Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....even after even more phone Calls.

Instead I received notification that my April DD would be increased to £179.....(even though I left them in November)

No monies have been credited & like others on here I have now been debited £12 for the Government Rebate.

I phoned yet again 3 times last week & explained that they have no reason what so ever to hold onto my money that is due to me.
Customer Support are unable to give me a reason as to why the money has not been credited to my account.

Yet again after nearly 4 months I am having to face another week of phoing EE to get what is due to me.

Biggest mistake I have made in moving to them.

Ombundsman complaint is now heavily involved.

I've just noticed that the £12.00 Government Electricity Rebate, which was credited to my account on 13/10/14, has been debited on 20/03/15
Has this happened to anyone else?

No....There was no mention on the Final Bill of an Exit Fee of £50....however I was told prior to the receiving the Final Bill that this would be billed separately.

At the moment though I am heavily disputing being charged an exit fee due to the number of c..k...s!!! they have made on my account & the number of times I have had to call them.

I don't hold up much hope but to be honest at the moment I would pay anything just to get my account finally closed with them ...so that i never have to deal with them again!!!

From the horses mouth so to speak

    quote
Re exit fees: We can’t just remove them as they are part of the tariff but we can insert a credit of £50 called “Exit fee compensation” to cover them off.”

I have just this second come of the Phone to the newly set up Complaints Dept @EE.

Although at the bottom of my Final Bill it said that my credit of £279 would be paid into my account on the 12th March......they have now informed me that it should be in my account by the 6th April?????????????

When I challenged them & asked was this definite.....Guess what response I got?????????

No was the answer it was not definite. But if there was a problem they would call me!!!!

What sort of problem could there be I asked?....Reply....''Your Bill might be revised''......................

As you can Imagine ....I let them have it!!!!!!!!!!!!

I give up.......I am now going to try & chill somewhere . 12 weeks running & their incompetence just gets worse!!!!

Seems to be a clear admission that they owe you this sum so why not go straight to Small Claims saying they admit the claim and you have made best efforts to resolve repeatedly by phone?
Or before doing this a letter before action giving them a deadline to pay?
