    Bonjour lollyhugz - quick points:

    1. post 26, remove pcn/date/location details. [I'd love to rip into the appalling spelling and grammar too.:p]

    2. post 28, omit 'for the avoidance of doubt'. Not suitable here. Remove vehicle reg. Change 'assigns' to 'assignees'.

-be sure you do those things 'IMMEADIATELY', won't you now?;)

Keep Steve Clarking constantly...bulks up the trail.

OK received another letter from TNC this time:

    FINAL DEMAND FOR PAYMENT

    Dear XXX

A parking charge notice relating to vehicle: xxx Make xxx Reg no: xxx was issued XXX at XXX.

Due to the non payment of the above outstanding ticket we now have no option but to recommend to our client that they take LEGAL ACTION to recover the above through your local court. The only alternative is to pay the FULL AMOUNT of £140.00 to TNC Collections within the next 14 days or legal action will be taken. [See overleaf on how to pay the outstanding amount to TNC Collections.]

Contact us IMMEADIATELY to pay by card: 0844 5790248

    Yours faithfully

    Karl Knight

Have chased BPA still no response, not sure what to do, will this now go to court even though Nighthawk said they will correspond any further in their letter?

Also this letter from TNC was received today. But dated 13 March 2014 :(

With the standard of English these PPC/Debt collector muppets show, it makes me think they'd fail even a Cambridge Key English Test, starting with being unable to spell their own names... :rotfl:

Think about it - TNC cannot take you to court - so only their client can ( i.e. Nighthawk ). Now you have an email from Nighthawk saying you owe THEM nothing whatsoever ;)

It shows the stupidity of these conning, scamming companies !

Other than prodding the BPA I'd just ignore everything from TNC and Nighthawk - my 7 year old has more intelligence in his little finger than the whole of their staff put together.

    I now call them 'scumpanies'.

Love that excess of mead in 'IMMEADIATELY'. They're actually consistent with that one.

Pranky might enjoy seeing how their [disinterested]client actually tries to 'recover the above through your local court.' Bluff-calling at its best.

Delivery lag is normal. Part of fat-stocking profit is to contract out cut-price RM facsimiles[just like their pretend 'invoices'] which do not use postmarks. I've seen [sic]Secure Mail and UKMail used - envelopes unmarked. Just staple them together, date receipt.

Soon, shred for animal bedding[if pets have been innoculated against such disease] or save for 5 November.

Keep steve-clarking away[it's just worked for playgoer]. Local journos and MP next.

I would rather go through the motions of court than pay these robbing sc*m £140 , even if you lost it may be less , if you win its nothing and you get costs too

be different if it was say £12 like the OFT suggested, but for £140 or £200 I would rasther deal with court papers and possible court, or try to get an ADR to popla instead of actual court itself

as mentioned above, keep prodding the BPA etc too, and the landowner if you can

hey, no problem, the more that post the more this person realises that the help is here, and if ten people tell them the same thing they may take heart , we all know something to add to the pot

as far as I am concerned nighthawk should be dealing with this after 28 days and issuing the NTK and then the popla code, not TNC , so how they all rune their systems is irrelevant, they signed up to the BPA and should follow BPA guidelines , if they dont , they deserve sanctions

if necessary, this should get them spanked in a court of law and then they may be more reasonable in future ( yeah right ! ;) ) LOL

..and every spanking is 3 points on their Annual bpa quota of 12. We really must do all we can to help them reach that magic dozen:p.
