    No arrears letters as such. Arrears on statement which I enatured about it and was told was rectified and there were no arrears on my account. Nothing else since complaint started.

    Thing is Fermi I shouldn't be in arrears due to a complaint with the ombadsman. My son is ill and he has just had to help me with a panick attack.it looks as if I have four months arrears. Thisbw the same amount of time my complaint has been with the ombadsman. I'm sat here in tears.

    A complaint with the ombudsman does not stop you going into arrears.

    In a technical sense, anyway, in so much that Erudio must still send the required legal notices under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

    The arrears may get wiped out if your complaint is upheld, but in the meantime the legal admin of the account under the CCA must continue.

    Some confusion here I think, as some previous posts were about the CCA re-mediation notices, that include past notices of arrears.

    While other people are taking about current arrears notices as they are behind with payments in theory, even if a complaint is currently with the FOS.

    Both of those will result in notices of arrears coming in the post, but the are not for the same thing.

    Definitely push this point with the FOS, as Studio haven't adhered to the legal requirements for notifying arrears.

    Edit: Have a look at Studio's FAQs, under 'Default Process' - 'What happens if I am in arrears':

    Studio = Erudio!! :D

    Apparently they have remided it and have included notices I should have received from March to December 2014. So I'm in arrears even though I was told I wouldn't be.

    So is this correct?

    Zingara
    - receiving CCA remediation letter and historical arrears notices by the looks of it?

    dizzybuff - receiving arrears notices as they are falling behind in payments while their account is currently disputed for whatever reason? And some from earlier in the year?

    anna2007 - not a clue why you are getting them. :rotfl:

    Can you give us a brief summary of everything has happened with you regarding Erudio since March?

    Getting it a little in dribs and drabs, so hard to put the whole picture together to work out why you are getting these, and what they mean, and if they are valid or yet another Erudio cok up.
