The remedy of account letters I've been shown say:

    - that they are replacement historical notices
    - they are for information purposes only
    - and that no further action is required if you are not still in arrears.

Not the best letter ever written, but if you read it all the way through it does tell you the above.

Well the postman came today and dropped two arrears notices on my mat. One from July and one from October. Both in the same envelope. I am now apparently over 200 pounds in arrears yet my complaint is still with the ombadsman. I've justvtaken a panic attack as I can't afford this and I thought it was supposed to be suspended whilst complaints were with the ombadsman. Mine is also a cca notice.
It sounds like there might be a new spate of these CCA notices on the way, how thoughtful and considerate of Erudio to send them just before Christmas and add to the festive cheer. Fcuking fcukers.

From what I can see they might have got the first set of these CCA re-mediation packs sent out still a bit wrong in some cases?

Know of people who have had at least 2 sets covering the same historical periods.

As I understand it, collection is suspended but the arrears still accumulate. I could be wrong though.

Thing is Fermi I shouldn't be in arrears due to a complaint with the ombadsman. My son is ill and he has just had to help me with a panick attack.it looks as if I have four months arrears. Thisbw the same amount of time my complaint has been with the ombadsman. I'm sat here in tears.

I thought it was only those who had arrears in the period (from 2008 to 2013?) that were affected? I never had arrears, yet Erudio are telling me the reason they've waived part of the interest on my statement is due to the (non-existent) CCA remediation letter/notice they sent in June.

I.don't thinking had arrears in that time as I was deferred. I'll have to get my erudio folder out. I've just emailed them and copied the adjudicator in at the ombadsman.

Dates of letters received today in the same envelope 16th June, 15th October and 15th December.

It has an fca letter in about arrears. I'm npw panicking they will put it on my credit report as I need it clean for vetting for a new job.

Have you received any of these arrears letters previously dizzybuff? They can't just hit you with all 3 letters in one go.
