Ok so ive been away for a few days, not away just been crazy busy and havent had much time to myself to even sit down and actually post anything. hope everyone had a lovely valentines day!! Ive had a spendy few days, which has seen my figures rise. New books for study and an online course, amongst afew other bits means my cc has shot up again (hopefully will come back down or better yet disappear come payday) but right now its up at £2098:eek:
My financial health is like my weight set goals then slip into the other direction...annoying!! but its only for a week until I get paid.
Well nothing much to report, sold an item on bay of the e today but brought a bingo set, so the old dears can play, have decided to have a fortnight gathering our house so it get the elderly neighbours and my nan out of the house..total cost £5.95 but netted off with my earnings...seeing the elderly's have fun and enjoy it priceless!!
So V-day wasnt too bad, Yeah I was alone but a couple of cool things happened, firstly on the Friday my colleague surprised me with a bunch of daffodils which i love (obviously not for valentines day...but flowers are flowers & it really made me smile) and my boss gave me a gorgeous kath kidston diary she didnt need..I absolutely love it!!:j I tell you one person unwanted stuff is another person treasure, it was super sweet of her, and I am really happy and grateful for it...I tell you it really is the little things!! Still keeping up with random acts of kindness, still trying PAD and keeping afloat till another cash injection. I think I need to have a emergency fund in place too & keep it and not spend it, that way My credit card balance wont look like a heart rate monitor. Im still committed to getting out of debt..so far all ive come up with is ebay sales, but I will think of something to generate more income, im just not sure what. Still not back on the bike, but ill get there, best go update my figures...totally been dreading this, hate when it goes up!!DFD-01.03.2018:starmod: :T

Evening diaryland,
Well cant remember what ive caught up on...50shades was more 50blah...grieved me we paid full price...a week ago and it still burns me lol!! Went out for dinner with my friends- we do this once a month..usually on a tastcard/gourmet card..none of us had them- cancelled/runout/not arrived so did city total damage £44:eek:
not much in comparison but alot to me...again this burns..But i did have a nice time, just wished it didnt cost that much:(...Im lucky in that my friends have really well paid jobs & are debt free...i say lucky in that it gives me something to strive for;) ..the downside is cheap and cheerful doesnt mean a nandos/whetherspoon :rotfl: which is about the only places i should be going since I have the cheek to go out. I can tell them of my predicament and they are lovely and understanding but they dont get it not really, if that makes sense. Well today I got an offer through for taste card 3 months for £1, cant use the free one month trial as already had it, but £1 i can spare, if it means the next meeting will be halved! Also doing lent so no drinking the bill on the next outing will be cheap as chips **fingers crossed** or at least cheaper than usual.
Have a work do tomorrow, lemonades &limes at the ready, dinner at a colleagues Saturday..Will be lovely!!
Just always when I have low funds I have the most things to do lol! 7 days exactly until payday...it really needs too hurry up & I need to start planning better:o
no money making schemes have hit me yet. Have had the family away for the last few days and it has been bliss!! I am more determined than ever to clean up this mess and get some space of my own...Its long over due...only 15k debt and a frther 15 k deposit stand in my way (nothing major then:rotfl:)- One step at a time I guess.
Been listening to Dave trying to download more frugal ways into my brain! it works for a while.
& have redrafted the budget (again) to try and make the most out of Feb salary-the budget so far is:
Pay (estimate) £5440
Tithing -£592
rent -251.56
mobile -12.50
c/tax -78
house keep -100
petrol -20
oyster top up -20
birthdays/occasions -10
Clear credit card -2130.55
Purse money -30
Dmp dd3 -450.25
iou's -14.27
emergency fund -1000
e bay fees -10
Remaining- 720.87- towards saving to pay off final debt.
This is a guess on income, depending on how the taxman wants to play it, could be bettter or it could be worse..heres hoping. Anyway thats the plan..Just roll on payday please!!
Lost a smidgen, very happy!! nothing else really to update on...my so called life aye:o
G'night xXDFD-01.03.2018:starmod: :beer::T
