    Its a jazz thing.

    My contentment to go to bed before the party was over and the high proportion of male guests ( beer, snoring, passing wind) might have been a clue?

    The sad thing is ... she probably is. There's simply not the volume/quality available .... but the dregs still make their moves as they work on the system of "numbers", so it's irrelevant to them that they're unworthy.
